Tyson was one of my super heros growing up. He was nothing short of amazing in the 80's. I can't understand why he doesn't get credit for being an amazing boxer! He mastered bobbing and weaving and hardly ever got hit and he always used combinations when punching with blazing speed and accuracy.

The maIn weapons of Tyson were a right body shot and then a right upper cut. Inbetween seconds. He never delivered this combo here and also not in the fight against Douglas in 1990. In fights where he was going directly to the head he never succveed.
I love it when Tyson got so sick of clinching that he was cool with the opponent getting a punch off on him so Tyson could lay a big uppercut.

I’m struggling to find anywhere in the fight where Bone Crusher lands a clean punch despite a 10” longer reach. Just goes to show how slippery and slick Mikes defence was.
In Mikes early days, Buster Douglas wouldn't have touched Mikes face.
