Yum! A comment for the algorithm. Just bought a Pro Crisp and this one one of the biggest motivations for buying it. Thank you! Enjoy the week! :D

If you like the taste of boiled then fried potatoes this is for you. I think the pre boiled version is gross personally, I think it’s a texture thing. I don’t pre boil but use my IP air fryer, they come out incredibly delicious.

thank you kelly - I've put one on the description but as a small youtuber I don't think I can put on the actual Short - I'll go look up it in case it's changed. Thanks so much for sharing.

That's a lot of steps, though. Soaking, pressure cooking, cooling, sauteing and air frying. Wheeew.
I might give it a try, out of curiosity. But they would have to be A LOT better then regular air fryed potato wedges, to be really worth it. And those are already damn good, if you use decent potatoes and don't skimp on fat.

Hi Rara - too true, it is a bit of a faff. I only make these for special occasions with the duck fat and all but they are way crispier, at least than the ones I do 'normal style'. Give them a go sometime and if your potato wedge method is as good, please come back and tell me. You'll save me some time and I'm always looking for tips
