About me:
Hi, I'm Khaled. I'm a medical student in the middle east. I love my cat Miku and I love going around and giving advice to everyone. I tend to nerd out on some specific subjects and hyperfixate on them as well. I hope you have a wonderful day :)

1. Read the last question of the statement first

The day I changed my answer from _2 to +8 range replaced +2 to +8
The question wanted the cold chain temporary
I absolutely painfully failed this question 😭🙆
What applications do you recommend to use for solving most common questions in medicine?
It honestly depends on what exactly I'm studying for. If it's for in-house exams for medical school, then I personally rely on past questions collected by seniors along with the Amboss Q-bank (my university offers a very generous discount for memberships).
For board exams (USMLE Step 1 primarily), I use mainly the UWorld Q-bank + a little bit of the Amboss Q-bank.
Some of friends like to go through practice question books for each subject (Robbin's pathology practice questions, Guyton, Pharma, etc). I personally don't do that because I don't think it's necessary especially since Practice book questions tend to be superficial or unrelated to my curriculum.
Don't do to much guess work. Make sure your prepared.
Tip 5 and 6😢😢
hate it when there IS a trick in the question, we are learning biopharmaceutics and some questions will require you to change the units in the end: i.e. half life's hrs->days.
now I am always paranoid to double check 😂 even when the majority aren't trick questions.
Dang playing with the units is the type of thing you get wrong when you're on 2 hours of sleep. Evil HAHAHA
I've been stupid and did not study the whole of my first medical year. Exam is in 1.5 days...
All my life I'd worry about not getting a top mark. Now I'm worried about failing. I JUST want to pass. A final mark of 50? 51? I'd be so grateful. Please pray for me
Hey! I'm wishing you the best and hoping things turn out well. I'd recommend not beating yourself up over it because you're already facing a pretty difficult situation as is and you blaming yourself or calling yourself names will not change anything but only make you feel worse about it.
Good luck!
@@KloomOfficial thank you so much. I did two practice tests - i got a 48.7 in one and 58.47 in the other. This was without going back to check on answers and think carefully.
I still have one more day to learn things so im hoping its enough to pass T T.
@@KloomOfficial if i pass i will come and tell you :) 12th june
@@faye7199 I am rooting for you :)
@@itsgreer7270 thank you angel
