Being Italian this is our family's go to soup. Delicious Thank you for sharing Angelika have a blessed evening stay safe and healthy. Always a pleasure watching your videos. 🙏❤🙏❤🙏
Thank you for always posting the recipes in the drop-down. Yours and other TH-camrs that do this are the only recipes that I save I don’t even bother to watch other channels that do not do this. Who has time to go clicking all over to find a recipe. Thank you again.
This is one of my favorite soups and your version looks so fresh and delicious. I only ever order at restaurants but you’ve inspired me to make this at home. Thank you for the recipe.
This is one of my favorite canned Progresso brand soups. It never dawned on me that I could make it at home. (Coincidentally, I watched this while eating some delicious albóndigas soup my neighbor gave me.)
My mother was from Sicily and your recipe is very authentic. Orzo is used a lot in place of Ditalini pasta. Endive also works. My mom's trick for the egg was to ladle two cups of the broth into a small sauce pan and bring it to a low simmer. Then drizzle the egg into the broth while slowly stirring. It keeps more of the ribbon shape. The way you did the eggs was for zuppa di Vestiti Delle Streghe (Witch's Clothes Soup), but it all tastes the same.
Italian wedding soup is one of my very favorites. It's the perfect spot between hearty and light and I love the little meatballs, I like making them with ground chicken for this ^^
This looks wonderful. My family made this with veal meatballs and acine de pepe. I've never tried the egg/Parm drizzle, bit it sounds like a great addition 😋
It is so good to see you again the search all over to find you I hope you will make more Instagram posts. May you have a wonderful winter you and your gorgeous family thank you for being a wonderful gorgeous cook that brings fun and true knowledge of different items. I'm going to try your crock pot turkey but first I'll try it with a capon and see how that turns out I know how it does with cornish hens but I've never done a turkey 🤔💯‼️🍷❄️☃️🥰 thank you for making some delicious entrees
Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. Looks so good. Iv always wanted to try it but never had Now I can make it myself. 👍😎👍🥰♥️♥️♥️😋😋😋😋😋🎄🎁🎁🎁🎁☃️. Happy Holidays !
Great job I like to get a small seer on my meatballs before I throw them in to boil give them their own different flavor and I throw the vegetables in a little later I like a little bite
I get around that by making 3 pounds at a time and baking them on sheet pans, then freezing them. Put them in ziplock bags when frozen, and I always have meatballs when I just need a few. Ground beef on sale is usually 3-pound packages where I shop.
Italian Americans started ruining Italian recipes since they touched the American soil. In Italian is called "minestra maritata" but it's done with seasonal vegetables and three kinds of meat: sausages, beef and chicken or seasonal vegetables (escarole, chicory, chard, green and black cabbage) pork skin, pork ribs, pork feet and pork meat, it's cooked in the Lazio region and Campania. Italian Americans transformed this recipe putting meatballs, probably because cheaper than the Italian version and they translated badly the "maritata" word, "maritata" means married, the marriage of vegetables and meat.
This has always been one of my all-time favorites, and that looks absolutely fabulous! ❤️
My Aunt used to make this with Tortellini, as her past we used to have this for Christmas Eve. As the starter course, miss those memories alright.
Looks great
My favorite soup! I’m going to make ‘wedding soup’ (your recipe) for the first time! Wish me luck! 🤞🏻🍲

If you use frozen cream of spinach it also kicks it up a notch!

Weather's getting cold here, I'm making this for sure. My mother always used Ronzoni Pastina in soups, so I have to pick some up.

Angelica…you are the MASTER! Yummmmmy🥣
WHAT KIND OF WHITE WINE DO YOU RECOMMEND? 🤔 😚
I’m curious where you found the escarole? I live in the Houston area and have never been able to find it.
I used some left over mustard greens
Hi Angelica, When will your rice seasoning be back in stock?
Making the meatballs is the tedious part I just put some good music on can’t wait to try your recipe🎉 🎉🎉

❤️❤️❤️🍷
"Could you pass the pre-nup crackers?" ;)
🎊 🎉I actually got to be the 1,000 like😊

so this is made using an entire wedding to make?
I love the taste of the Parmesan and the egg together LOL I just aesthetically don’t like how it looks
Honey why don’t you use a mixing bowl?
Oops don’t have any pasta 😅
