She said maybe Botox to loose the nerves up n gain some motion… but she said even getting surgery since it’s a birth trauma typically it will resolve on its on but if it doesn’t when ur a adult it’s hard to manage it but I’ll keep going through seeing what my next steps are

Appreciate the video! I'm an avid swimmer with erb's palsy and I find I often get pain in the palm and upper shoulder if I push a little too hard.
I always swim really slow and now that ive seen someoen with Erbs palsy swim as well i can tell i do the exact same thing you do while swimming lol
i just swim one armed lol its worked for me and i can also go pretty fast, although u will tire very quick
Me too have you looked into ortho getting surgery done to fix it I have exactly the same thing
