They cut too much from this film. Every deleted scene I have seen looks like it would have added tremendously to what was, for me, the worst Trek film to date.
I would say Insurrection is worse. This scene should have been in the movie instead of the mindrape scene they used, but most of the other deleted scenes are superfluous, just people restating what we already know.

Such a shame this scene was cut as wow creepy and chilling as hell and really gave some scary emotional depth to the film. Poor Troi 😢😢

I am very impressed with this scene.Deanna finnaly decided one man was enough for her, and to hang on to that one.
So it takes a 5 minute TURBO left ride to get to deck 7??

Obviously they should have used this scene instead of the one that's in the movie.
Totally agree. It would have worked just as well and without the cringe factor of the Riker/Troi sex scene.

Not a bad movie, sad it was a complete flop as it was a good flick compared to Insurrection.
