HOW to Change your FUEL PUMP on your 4/5/6 HP Mercury Tohatsu Outboard and reduce engine noise.

After flipping over my Solo Skiff in the last video, I finally got my outboard started and noticed some loud ticking coming from the fuel pump. I decided to do a decibel test before and after replacement to see if replacing the fuel pump reduced the noise. The results were interesting! Just wanted to post this to show some of the things you may need to do if your outboard ever gets submerged!
