How to Fix Can't Open JPG Files Issues on Windows 10/11?

I have one memory card in that I applied diskdrill recovery software after most of file recovered but some of jpg ,jpeg file in raw folder unable to open . And when I use repair tool still not open what is the reason
Question : After recovery memory card or pendrive using recoveit or diskdrill some of images unable to open what is the reason

wondershare doesn't helped to recover the corrupted file what should i do now.

it did not save the problem , i have a corrupted jpg image header , tried many programs nothing worked ,,, i even trid manullay to repair the header through hex software again it did not work i am so sad for these photos i can't repair , i don't have any backup they were rare photos

Wondershare repair it Doesn't work, but windows 11 Microsoft defender warns the software is hostile and attacks your computer.
It's ransomware, Microsoft windows defender recognizes it as ransomware
