Sir, thanks for all your help which you provide here 🙏 Could you please let me know how can I open pictures in the windows gallery? Everytime I click on the picture folder the opera browser opens but not the pics? I'd appreciate if you could help me resolve this issue.

Windows 11 using if yes then go to file explorer and then view and click on file and extension
