Except in this game it's actually *not* the worst. The simple fact that Hidden Power now deals Super Effective damage against everything should be enough to put it at about 4th or 3th place on this list, since it doesn't have the coverage issues that some of these pokémon do.
I feel you severely underrated electrode. A high speed stat is more valuable in this game than any other. It is my lead in literally every fight because I am guaranteed to go first. I usually get two actions before they do and sometimes three. My go to strategy is a thunder wave and then switch if the match up is bad. It might be less useful if switching actually had a downside like in older games. There are few things that resist both grass and electric
same here Electrode is awesome. in normal pokemon game i would agree with him but since it is so fast you can sometimes attack 3-4 times in a row which is awesome.
Came here literally to say this. With Styles being so impactful (specifically Agile Style), having an Electrode that acts 3-4 times before the enemy is just so helpful
I haven't gotten much use out of it, myself, on account of me picking Rowlet, but Bobberry has served me well when I needed it. If I'm being honest though, I think that's more a testament to how broken the speed stat is in this game than anything else. Getting to take multiple actions in a row is already kind of unfair, but there's pretty much no form of speed control outside of paralysis (which Electrode is immune to anyway) in this game to limit it so the pokemon like Electrode, Lilligant, and Sneasler that are just naturally faster than everything else get free run of things. Stalling them out doesn't work since you can't even stack defense boosts and they can just wear the opponent down with multiple attacks, get free set up chances (Lilligant's Victory Dance comes to mind), or heal off damage. Getting to go first was already a really significant advantage, but now this getting kind of ridiculous.
@@metanightmare4454 counter point is that unlike every other stat having speed high in other games was pointless. Every single point above 1 over your opponents was irrelevant. Pokemon like electrode were useless because their really high speed stat didn't matter. Now they serve a legit role
I disagree on hisuian electrode, its stab combo is very good and it only really struggles against other grass types and special walls. Its speed lets it sometimes move 3 times before the opponent as well. And to me at least party space is not a problem bcs i am constantly switching my team around, im not just using the same six pokemon
Also it being the fastest Pokemon in the game means that it can easily support your team. And along with that great typing it has it isn't completely useless as an attacker either.
I agree with you, I folded Volo with Electrode, but almost died to Arcanine, but it threw with regular raging fury. Otherwise, it could of beat my Electrode with Agile Style, because my Electrode was literally my only underleveled mon.
@@O1OO1O1 I wanted to use a lot/most of the new mons and also try out mons that got buffed. im also used to not just using 6 mons cuz ive played a lot of fan made games were you definitely need more than 6 mons to get through the game. + when ur not progressing in the story and doing other things like side quests etc im filling up research points and getting research lvl 10 on other mons im not gonna use otherwise
In my experience, H-Electrode is the best member of my team,Thunder Wave to Thunderbolt/Energy Ball, with Chloroblast for fun, is a great combo. I can usually rack up 3 turns in a row at best, and almost always 2, which is almost always enough time to take them out with Thunderbolt or Energy Ball.
Yeah in a normal Pokémon game that would be great but in Arceus where I can just throw a poke ball and catch pokemon without battle 90% of the time why would I need a Pokémon to do that
@@sokatangberg5327 maybe the alpha get harder later but I haven't left the first area already a 6 star and caught every alpha I can get to with little to no battle all the guides I've seen says you can't caught alpha without battle but I've been able to just throw my pokeballs at them while sneaking around, so I didn't need Paresect for any of them including the alpha Paresect that at the bottom ot the mountain
From a lore perspective, I do like that Paras is super aggressive in Pokémon Arceus. The mushroom on its back wants it to get stronger so it can evolve and the mushroom can take over.
I’m glad that Flareon got a small buff in Legends Arceus with it learning Calm Mind. Now it can be decently bulky while also increasing its attacking stats. Even though it’s not the best Fire type, at least it’s decent to use.
Flareon does have its high physical attack going for it, but the best physical fire move it can use is flare blitz, but its very risky. I just got a chimchar in Ramanas Island instead.
@@du5637 Flareon doesn’t have Flare Blitz in Legends Arceus, just Fire Fang. But it now knows Power Shift, allow a bulky 130 Defense and 110 Special Attack. Plus Mimic can use Mimic to use Flare Blitz and Raging Fury.
@@du5637 No, I said through Mimic as a niche move. If Volo has his Arcanine at red HP, Flareon uses Mimic at Raging Fury, and hits Roserade in continuation, then it’s worth it, but it’s too complex. Just use Power Shift for a bulky special attacking Flareon or use Fire Fang.
Electrode actually was a major asset to my team with its grass/ electric coverage making it amazing against water types, being able to take a beating from them as well. Also it was so fast that often times it would KO my opponent before they could even hit it. Also it’s typing straight up removes its ground weakness, electric types only weakness.
Electrode can do things so fast that it can attack several times before the opponent in Agile style. The moveset is decked out to Chloroblast, Thunder, Ice ball, and Self-destruct. And Unown can always deal Super effective damage thanks to Hidden Power now changing to always deal super effective damage.
@@netweed09 How many times can Garchomp handle Ice Ball? There’s no Yache Berry, Agile style can attack multiple times, and Grit Dust, Gravel, Pebble, and Rock can boost stats to the max.
I disagree on Lumineon. It's decently fast and has now new coverage like Air Slash, Ominous wind and Hydro Pump and now the lack of reliable recovery is solved with roost. I don't think Lumineon deserves a spot on this top
I think a problem with this list is that it has old mechanics in mind. Not Pokemon Legends Arceus in mind. A game where even if you're 30 levels above a pokemon, the wild pokemon can still hurt. Looking up moves on Bulbapedia even though it doesn't have a detailed list of moves for each pokemon specifically for this game.
For the love of Arceus, I'm hoping this Legends Arceus list is NOT BASED ON AVAILABILITY yet again. . Edit: ok, I'm impressed. But I really want to see Mystic do a solo or trio run of *Beating Pokemon with Only Wormadams!*
there is 1 chatot that it is worth using, and its Charap, the trade chatot from the grass gym city in BDSP. It levels up faster because its traded, and the move chatter + metronome item, does huge amount of damage to even neutral targets. I used it on my first BDSP playthrough and it outclassed garchomp , lucario and empoleon (which i used because i've never used them in the original Diamond). this is not a joke comment, this is 100% real. Also there is 1 reason to use Lumineon over empoleon , gyarados and tentacruel, and the reason is because you already used those pokemon probably a few times in other games, and not lumineon, also lumineon is native to sinnoh (or hisui technically) , so for those who want to use pkm from each region in their respective region, that's that.
ngl I wasn't expecting to use Chatot during my playthrough, yet somehow it ended up on my team after just a short period of time with it. It even held it's own against the Braviary battle too. I feel like including some of the move tutor moves in this list would change it a little, since having snarl on Chatot allowed it to live hits better and heal up with an agile roost next turn
I see no problem with the base 120 Special Attack Chloroblast, Electrode has a base 150 speed and still out speeds alot with a minus one. It'll be fun to use Hisuian Electrode in a different game with Volt Switch (and future coverage additions)
I think the creators wanted to start a new meta with the swap snack. When you get the recipe for it later, it let's you swap a pokemons attack and defense or something...so technically bastiodon could be a monster glass Canon.
I've considered that with an Umbreon and Power shift, problem is is that they're usually also really slow, so even with Agile Style they don't get much chance to take multiple turns to Power Shift, then attack before the opponent would hit them after their defenses have already swapped to offenses and they're now super frail. On the other hand, Calm Mind/Bulk Up I've found is actually SUPER useful, as it buffs both attacking and defending stats (Attack, Special Attack, Defense, Special Defense), so you can Agile Style Calm Mind for a free attack and defense boost, then Strong Style with a supereffective hit that now has added attack buffs, and be more able to survive the opponents attacks in return.

I guess I was lucky with my Unknown K in my Silver play through. K was so good to me in that game that I even got to take them to the Pokémon League and they still pulled their weight. Really, I think that particular Unknown was an Alpha in disguise now. Too bad they were locked behind the gameboy days... 📻 ... I miss my Letter K now... 😭
The first pokemon that fell out of a shaking tree for me, was a cherubi. I had no idea how lucky I apparently was, but then it also took catching 50+ wurmple to evolve enough silcoon
Okay Hisui Electrode would be bad in a conventional game, but seeing how Speed and turn order works, getting to move 3 times in a row when your opponent only moves once is pretty broken
I originally thought Hisuian Electrode was bad too, but later on when I saw a short with what the other TH-camr said it made me reconsider. Also, Bastiodon isn't as bad of a Pokemon in my opinion, especially as a Fossil Pokemon. It's got poor Attack stats along with poor Speed and HP, but what saves Bastiodon from it being considered as really by me, is the fact that while not exactly good or great, it's got a better dual typing than Aurorus. Rock/Ice is damn awful. Both dual types have 2 quad-weaknesses, but 6 weaknesses overall is much worse than 3. But most of the others, I definitely agree.
I feel like Electrode is actually decent. Electric and Grass Stab is actually amazing! It's 80 Special Attack isn't really great, but it's not that terrible when your STAB moves are powerful. And specifically in this game, it's massive speed stat can give it the chance to Attack *multiple* times in one turn thanks to Pla's speed system, raining down electric Attacks and grass moves on those who resist Electric.
@@pat1r1ck yeah that's true. It not having coverage isn't a bummer, but Electric and Grass actually hits a lot of thing. And with its 80 special attack, I'd rather focus more on its Duel stab specialty than try to bank on my non-Stab coverage to knock something out
Parasect deserves an evo. Got so left behind by Golbat, Magneton and Seadra from gen 1. And he doesn't even get dry skin or a physical grass move in this game 😭.
You accidentally put one of the best pokemon in the game on that list, at least in post game. Electrode with its insanely high speed is the fastest catch secure pokemon in the game having a 150 speed shockwave. Due to how speed and agile stile works in this game, this allows it to stun + ball without even giving the enemy pokemon a turn. Sneasler is normally better than it overall in this regard, but electrode still has the best status effect secure for ball catch. It is literally shaped like a ball too to kind of hint at this purpose. XD
I'm still gonna use Electrode. Grass electric is a good typing and it's just as fast as regular electrode, so if you get those agile moves going it'll hit often
One thing Ive found PLA is the stats don't mean as much as they have in past games. That said Alpha Kricktune was my first Alpha I caught and has been one of the best additions to my team. Amazingly enough he is one of my 2 last standing in long battles. I even have a level 80 sylveon and 85 garchomp. It surprises me because based on the numbers you would think others are stronger but when you battle and put it to the test that just simply isn't the case.
Minor observation regarding Unown and hidden power: that move will automatically adapt to be super effective against whatever opponent it’s used against. I’m currently trying to find an alpha Unown just for the fun of it.
I will argue Unown was made better in Legends. Hidden Power now always hitting for SE damage. That's huge! Sure it still sucks stat wise. But It's a start to fixing it. Just needs a schooling form like Wishiwashi to make it better.
I don't know why, but I really like parasect. Spore is an awesome move, which doesn't matter much in arceus, though. I think parasect would be better as a pure bug or bug/poison type. Give it a bit more bulk, and some move synergy with its, once upon a time, signature move, spore.
1:15 I used it throughout my playthough, but mostly to use false swipe on pokemon that I was trying to catch. I agree, its not good. 4:50 I got a voltorb because it was an alpha, and it was a good addition to my team mostly only because it was overleveled compared to where I was at in the story :/
I’ve had Parasect on my team from the beginning haha one of my favorite bugs. But I would’ve used Pachirisu again but I just used one in BDSP so I wanted to switch it up lol
Electrode is arguably top 10 in the game, in my opinion , after using it in my party during my first run. You Send it out , thunderbolt or chloroblast and things faint, especially with Agile Style moves too , most times you attack twice. And it learns thunderwave so it also helps capture pokemon as well. 🤷🏻♂️
I'm definitely learning I like Pokemon games more for exploration and collection than meta. I beat the story and volo first try and working on filling out the dex and I never considered the meta
even though theres exceptions, thats notoriously true for slow pokemon. if a pokemon isnt outspeeding everything in sight and you cant use trick room, Mystic hates it with a burning passion...
I love Zoroark but i wont lie it was pretty disappointing. It's typing just doesn't work too well in PLAs battle system and since everything has Crunch it has a hard time in almost every important battle. Also you get it very late. It's not the worst Pokémon but defo the most disappointing.
Its so uncool what they do with lumineon, its simply one of my favorites and deserves a buff in my opinion, not in moves but in stats because his moves are pretty decent (talking about the main games too). I mean it has scald, water ring and charm so its perfect to stall. Also swift swim and raindance on this thing is just 👌🏻. Its kp and defense should be way higher since water pokemon are basically all tanks. It needs some love. And i agree with paras, it doesnt know how to heckin chill. Also sleep nerf killed parasect. It gets killed in 1 move because it doesnt get the protective wall of a sleeping enemy pokemon anymore and it can't outspeed 💩
Tell me how hisuian electrode and cherrim are here while pokemon like chimecho and hisuian avalugg exist, also why is kricketune ranked so high, idc that it s an alpha, its weak, bad and gets burned up by EMBER of all things, so you are gonna tell me that for an ingame playthrough KRICKETUNE is better than CHERRIM or HISUIAN ELECTRODE? Have you gone nuts??
When you say move pool have you factored in the moves available via coach at battle grounds?Just curious. I havent so i figured if you took that into account
I think grass/electric type is really interesting. I'd like to see a really bulky pokemon with that type combo rather than electrode with an exclusively high speed stat
parasects spore helped me beat second form giratina so i have to strongly disagree. in fact i started off anti parasect but after using it through this playthrough, it’s actually a REALLY useful pokémon. spore x venoshock is amazing. energy ball and x scissor for grass and bug stab respectively. it’s honestly a really clutch pokémon. i ended the story becoming a forever fan.
Not going to try and make much of a case for Pachirisu being all that great, but I will say that I did use one, and the combination of good tanking stats and access to thunder wave helped a lot with trying to catch some more annoying pokemon that I got tired of trying to hide from. ...plus in my run my Pachirisu also ended up getting the final hit on Giratina, and I can't help but be extremely happy with her for having been able to do it.
I agree with this video except pachirisu. Took that little squirrel into the arceus fight who out speed god to get a thunder wave off. And got 2 full para hacks on it so samurott could take it out in 2 hits. 100% mvp
Also it is honestly not that bad, it’s high speed stat and unique typing is honestly pretty good, even covering the it’s ground type weakness. Also it’s high speed is a huge asset in these games.
Why let one person's opinion make you feel bad? He's completely wrong about Electrode cause you can easily in most fights get off 3 moves before they even get one with its absurd speed and access to thunder wave. If it's weak against something you have time to switch out after the paralysis. He's the one who's wrong here not you
I'm mad breeding isn't a thing. I've spent 30+ minutes on trying to find bonsley and it isn't spawning. Found a tutorial, following it, but still no bonsley. I'm never completing this dex. 🙄
I actually have some sentimental attachment to Kricketune because I found a full odds shiny Kricketot before I even had one star and I used it on my team and named it "Lucky" I used it for a while until I got new and better team members and it was actually pretty decent.
Something else that's interesting is that Ursaluna has a moon on its forehead and the mud is clouds. Also hints at how to evolve it with the full moon on the forehead
To open my comment I like to to see Mystic do a video about new form Pokemon and what abilities they may get in the future. And to follow up on no abilities. I think no abilities in this game gave a lot of forgotten Pokemon a chance to shine. Image trying to face a legendary Pokemon with the ability pressure and trying to use strong or agile style with a move with low PP.
I’m 35 hours in on legends of Arceus and I haven’t even gone to the mirelands yet? Am I doing it wrong? When I first played Skyrim, I played 60 hours of the game without any dragons, as I skipped the sun quest and became way overpowered….
As soon as I saw the thumbnail I immediately thought of Avalugg. I can’t begin to explain how disappointed I was when using it. To tell you how bad it was, I switched it out for Lilligant for the color fight. And she did more in this one fight than what Avalugg did the whole run. He didn’t even get one win. I regret not using her for the main game and will for sure use her in my next playthrough.
Avalugg is actually one of the best pokemon on my team. Can tank pretty much any physical hit and hits hard in return. For me its a must have for future plat throughs
Alakazam is a glass cannon. His speed his decent but his defense fucking sucks. There is only one special Dark move, as the rest are physical which is Alakazam's weakness. So he goes down hard if he can't one shot. Which in most games, you want to one shot. But if you want to capture stuff, you don't want to one shot.
Tbh, I cannot agree or disagree with Lumineon. I had an Oshawott as a starter, so Lumineon was off the picture for me. However, I did try it out, and it gave promising results. I will not use it though. I decided to use Gallade for psychic type stab and psycho cut, because a strong style psycho cut almost guarantees me a crit.
I haven't been impressed with Dusknoir personally. I mean it's never been great in general, but fuck me is it useless here. Why are all of its best attacks special when it's physical based? Why have power shift but then nothing worth using that high attack stat with? You're better off keeping the defence and trying to be a wall. Why is shadow sneak literally the only physical ghost move it has? I got a shiny one so I want to try and use it. If anyone knows how to make this thing work please let me know.
Y’all don’t watch it his just play the game and have fun don’t worry about what he’s talking if you like one of those Pokémon then play them itt don’t matter what he say
Try doing it in the Solitude quests that is even harder no items in battle no switching only 1v1 multiple pokemon the worst one is magikarp because it has to be lv 95 to stand 2 self destruct in a row against Electrode if that is not bad magikarp only learns splash
Pachirisu came in clutch for catching wild Pokemon you have to fight. Paralyze them and deal some damage without the 1hko. And it's fast enough to almost always go first

This guy's videos are always controversial. Keep spitting the truth 💯
I agree with you, I folded Volo with Electrode, but almost died to Arcanine, but it threw with regular raging fury. Otherwise, it could of beat my Electrode with Agile Style, because my Electrode was literally my only underleveled mon.
Why swap, though?
Paresect is a great mon for catching other Pokémon, false swipe, stun spore, sleep powder are very useful for catching
Yeah in a normal Pokémon game that would be great but in Arceus where I can just throw a poke ball and catch pokemon without battle 90% of the time why would I need a Pokémon to do that
Really useful catching alphas, except it always dies because the alphas literally hits 3 times in a row
Yea I really enjoyed catching them by battle, just throwing a ball seemed like a cheat. I used Paresect for that for a bit.
I agree
@@juanca2567 You sure you cant get flare blitz from Zisu or whatever?
Flareon needs bulk up or sword dance
@@du5637 No, I said through Mimic as a niche move. If Volo has his Arcanine at red HP, Flareon uses Mimic at Raging Fury, and hits Roserade in continuation, then it’s worth it, but it’s too complex. Just use Power Shift for a bulky special attacking Flareon or use Fire Fang.
Hisuian Electrode is actually God-dang amazing at paralyzing the enemy and then catch it.
Crobat but replace paralysing with sleep (if Hypnosis actually connects for once 😂)
True
I originally used dusknoir for catching (tanky can set up more defense then sleep), then switched to darkrai because it's fun
Electrode actually was a major asset to my team with its grass/ electric coverage making it amazing against water types, being able to take a beating from them as well. Also it was so fast that often times it would KO my opponent before they could even hit it. Also it’s typing straight up removes its ground weakness, electric types only weakness.
I once beat Arceus with mine because I got lucky with paralisis XD.
4:58 "than actual result, than actual results" LOL
Electrode can do things so fast that it can attack several times before the opponent in Agile style. The moveset is decked out to Chloroblast, Thunder, Ice ball, and Self-destruct. And Unown can always deal Super effective damage thanks to Hidden Power now changing to always deal super effective damage.
This has to be the top-comment....otherwise the video is misleading.
Erm, and then you find it has base 80 Sp Att. And even Garchomp can eat up an Ice Ball from this thing and remain above 50% health still lol.
@@netweed09 How many times can Garchomp handle Ice Ball? There’s no Yache Berry, Agile style can attack multiple times, and Grit Dust, Gravel, Pebble, and Rock can boost stats to the max.
At least Hisuian Electrode is better than it's Kantonian counterpart by far. Since Electric/Grass is a decent dual type.
I think the problem is every single pokemon on this list has a better counter part
Also there is 1 reason to use Lumineon over empoleon , gyarados and tentacruel, and the reason is because you already used those pokemon probably a few times in other games, and not lumineon, also lumineon is native to sinnoh (or hisui technically) , so for those who want to use pkm from each region in their respective region, that's that.
i used Sawsbuck in my 4th playthrough of Pokemon White, mainly because i like the design/concept & i never used it before
still a shit pokemon
ngl I wasn't expecting to use Chatot during my playthrough, yet somehow it ended up on my team after just a short period of time with it. It even held it's own against the Braviary battle too. I feel like including some of the move tutor moves in this list would change it a little, since having snarl on Chatot allowed it to live hits better and heal up with an agile roost next turn
I used Chatot on a recent Platinum playthrough as my main flying type its underrated but a great Pokemon to use and its screaming out for an evolution
Regigigas should’ve been on the list. Why?
Even without abilities in the game, Gamefreak still gave it slow start lol
I see no problem with the base 120 Special Attack Chloroblast, Electrode has a base 150 speed and still out speeds alot with a minus one. It'll be fun to use Hisuian Electrode in a different game with Volt Switch (and future coverage additions)
I think the creators wanted to start a new meta with the swap snack. When you get the recipe for it later, it let's you swap a pokemons attack and defense or something...so technically bastiodon could be a monster glass Canon.
Imagine if shuckle was here
@@Thecloaker_ shutters
Steelix-
I've considered that with an Umbreon and Power shift, problem is is that they're usually also really slow, so even with Agile Style they don't get much chance to take multiple turns to Power Shift, then attack before the opponent would hit them after their defenses have already swapped to offenses and they're now super frail.
Bug types are the strongest mon early game but like only for the first 20 minutes.
Number 10 1:01 kricketune
Number 9 2:27 Cherrim
Number 8 4:07 Electrode
Number 7 5:27 Bastiodon
Number 6 6:46 Lumineon
Number 5 7:59 Chatot
Number 4 9:29 Parasect
Number 3 10:59 Pachirisu
Number 2 12:26 Wormadam
Number 1 13:51 Unown
i never realize that cherrim's when sunny form is bulky, it would've make sense if it was speedy and a special attacker and the sleepy one is bulky
If Gamefreak added Paras and Parasect in the game to make us care about it more….it backfired because now most of us hates Mushroom Kingdom reject.
I guess I was lucky with my Unknown K in my Silver play through. K was so good to me in that game that I even got to take them to the Pokémon League and they still pulled their weight. Really, I think that particular Unknown was an Alpha in disguise now. Too bad they were locked behind the gameboy days... 📻
... I miss my Letter K now... 😭
He's pretty easy to get in Legends
Any pokemon is good in single player
"69, giggity... "
I busted out laughing when you said this
The first pokemon that fell out of a shaking tree for me, was a cherubi.
And specifically in this game, it's massive speed stat can give it the chance to Attack *multiple* times in one turn thanks to Pla's speed system, raining down electric Attacks and grass moves on those who resist Electric.
too bad it has almost zero coverage moves, i was disappointed when the stats were the same and not changed like most regional pokemon
XD
It was never shaped this way for that reason. It was the game's first mimic pokemon
Fun fact: if you work at security at a samsung store you will be a guardian of the galaxy
You'll be the guardian of A galaxy if you're lucky, and a guardian of several galaxies at best. ^^;
I will argue Unown was made better in Legends. Hidden Power now always hitting for SE damage. That's huge!
Sure it still sucks stat wise. But It's a start to fixing it.
Just needs a schooling form like Wishiwashi to make it better.
I just like searching for them and catching them. I like figuring out the clues
agreed!
Just by having Electrode on the thumbnail, I know at least half of my team are going to be on here lol
9:34 he's a little too aggressive for a bug that's weak to flying, Fire, and many more other typings🙄
I like how infamous Paras became in this game lol
Top 10 times you chose the wrong source. All of those pokemon have way more moves in legends arceus than ur showing
You're right
I mean you can honestly use any mon in this game. Damage seems to be buffed in general
I really wanted to see a garchomp hisuian form that was water dragon even tho it didn't need one it would've been cool
I believe hisuian electrode’s spot should’ve been swapped for avalugg
If they actually get pachirisu pickup ability and actually helps pickup stuff on the ground then it would be amazing 😄
5:33 don’t mess with that Pokémon, it’s baby form killed me when I called it stupid ,don’t trigger the fossils
I’ve had Parasect on my team from the beginning haha one of my favorite bugs. But I would’ve used Pachirisu again but I just used one in BDSP so I wanted to switch it up lol
Voltorb; So cute
Electrode: 😩
He only has that face in the boss battle
More like: 😠
Electrode is arguably top 10 in the game, in my opinion , after using it in my party during my first run.
Loved that giggity I listen to ur vids while working and that made me chuckle on my managers face 😭😂 great vid
I disagree with electrode, I've had an electrode on my team as soon as I saw a voltorb, it is a pretty decent special attacker.
At this point, if Unown is in any Pokemon game, past, present or future, it's going to be the worst, at least for Mystic XD
even though theres exceptions, thats notoriously true for slow pokemon. if a pokemon isnt outspeeding everything in sight and you cant use trick room, Mystic hates it with a burning passion...
I love Zoroark but i wont lie it was pretty disappointing. It's typing just doesn't work too well in PLAs battle system and since everything has Crunch it has a hard time in almost every important battle. Also you get it very late. It's not the worst Pokémon but defo the most disappointing.
Tbh my typlhosion has the same problems...having your fire type be weak to crunch sucks so I'll probably go with infernape and find another.
Idk my alpha zoroark sweeped every single time I got into a pickle. That nasty plot with his high sp atk and speed is terrifyingly good
13:20 I never thought to ask what burmby looked like under its cloak, and yet here it is. I must process this.
🎉🎉🎉Happy Cleveland Peter🎉🎉🎉
parasects spore helped me beat second form giratina so i have to strongly disagree. in fact i started off anti parasect but after using it through this playthrough, it’s actually a REALLY useful pokémon. spore x venoshock is amazing. energy ball and x scissor for grass and bug stab respectively. it’s honestly a really clutch pokémon. i ended the story becoming a forever fan.
I can breathe a sigh of relief knowing Luxray didn't make the list.
I agree with this video except pachirisu. Took that little squirrel into the arceus fight who out speed god to get a thunder wave off. And got 2 full para hacks on it so samurott could take it out in 2 hits. 100% mvp
I hope they keep hidden power like it is in Arceus to future games. The move is busted
I used krikitune mainly for early game catching Pokémon in battle using false swipe 😭
I feel bad now for having H-Electrode on two play through teams
Don’t be, if it worked for you why should one guys opinion matter
Also it is honestly not that bad, it’s high speed stat and unique typing is honestly pretty good, even covering the it’s ground type weakness. Also it’s high speed is a huge asset in these games.
@@johncoltrane7018 I read that in John Coltrane's voice. It's also something that he would likely say, lol
Why let one person's opinion make you feel bad? He's completely wrong about Electrode cause you can easily in most fights get off 3 moves before they even get one with its absurd speed and access to thunder wave. If it's weak against something you have time to switch out after the paralysis. He's the one who's wrong here not you
Mystic :- thinking which Pokemon to rank no 1 on a worst list
Wormadam:- I got u man 👍
I'm mad breeding isn't a thing. I've spent 30+ minutes on trying to find bonsley and it isn't spawning. Found a tutorial, following it, but still no bonsley. I'm never completing this dex. 🙄
Me and my 6 year old had a lot of fun translating the unown riddles and tracking them down... 🤷
I actually have some sentimental attachment to Kricketune because I found a full odds shiny Kricketot before I even had one star and I used it on my team and named it "Lucky" I used it for a while until I got new and better team members and it was actually pretty decent.
Loving these lists buddy, keep em up (:
5:59 OH! VENASAUR IS A FROG WITH A FLOWER ON ITS HEAD…
Something else that's interesting is that Ursaluna has a moon on its forehead and the mud is clouds. Also hints at how to evolve it with the full moon on the forehead
what’s the music that plays around 4:00? right before introducing number 8
I was reeeeeally trying to make Kricketune work because I got a shiny. It didn't happen and now it's working the fields in the village.
I believe all new Pokemon/forms have abilities programmed into them.
In every game Alakazam is one of the worse Pokemon always goes down in 1 hit unless a Pokemon is at level 1
😂😂😂😂 good joke. Alakazam is one of the best in every game
2:07 just realized…
This pokemon either has a nose…or its mouth is wide open…
Soooo..... there's a lvl44 Cherim in my pastures. I was annoyed when it popped out but apparently I caught a crazy rare pokemon. lol
Man I always love your videos, thank you for making them
I haven't been impressed with Dusknoir personally.
Aight now gonna do a playthrough with these pokemon (besides wormadam cuz I've already used it to the fullest)
I actually used a Wormadam in my playthrough
Y’all don’t watch it his just play the game and have fun don’t worry about what he’s talking if you like one of those Pokémon then play them itt don’t matter what he say
You have a great approach on all of that mate 👌🏻
Electrode: **One of the worst Pokémon in this list**
PLA's Speed combat system: *Bruh*
Try doing it in the Solitude quests that is even harder no items in battle no switching only 1v1 multiple pokemon the worst one is magikarp because it has to be lv 95 to stand 2 self destruct in a row against Electrode if that is not bad magikarp only learns splash
Pachirisu came in clutch for catching wild Pokemon you have to fight. Paralyze them and deal some damage without the 1hko. And it's fast enough to almost always go first
Pachirisho did great for my team! Well… he wasn’t really in it but it was the first Alfa I caught and helped me figure out that they are caughtable
Umbreon, I need your help. What is the best team for Pokemon Stadium 2's Gym Tower?
Kricketune does suck, but I took out gardenia with it so it’s a little special to me now 🥺
At least Kricketune is interesting with its cry and legends capitalized on it
Hissuien voltorb is very happy while it become very angry when it evolves
