In case the LS is 'dissolved' in that one month duration, then the proclamation survives until 30 days from the first meeting of the newly constituted LS. In the meanwhile, RS is expected to have voted for the proclamation.
Ok. But as like in Maharashtra state emergency has proclaimed and parliament is not in session but it is constitued then from whom it is passed for existence of emergency for 6 months
