In the olden days it was happening so many times . General Ankrah was a soldier and he was commissioned to become an officer . So many officers who have retired were soldiers and they were commissioned straight to become officers

And they are still struggling to battle boko. Remember a whole Nigerian army company was messed up by boko? The Ghana army might not be highly equipped like Nigeria but with the few we have we can mess any insurgency that dares
And why compare the Ghana military with Nigerian military when knowing the size of your military is bigger than any west African country including Ghana and most other African countries and more equipped than a lot of African countries and by the way is about the quality of an countries army not the size and quantity so some nigerians need to stop comparing Nigerian army with military smaller and less equipped because some of those countries like Ghana Senegal Gambia and Chan have done well against terrorist threats and illegal immigration
