Both Matara and Michi have said that they were surprised that Vshojo’s management actually did their job. It’s actually amazing how incompetent Niji’s management is.
You know what else? It is so good Vshojo management can banter and mock Mika and she would mock management true banter with each other just like Rin with Idol's management in the parking lot even Idol's CEO. If you can banter back and forth between talent and management that say something it shows they are human that won't take it personal unless you really became a problem. Nijisanji management could never lol. Same for some Niji livers and Nijisisters who take small things personally.

at this point i don't think its adoption as much as it is offering better contracts. Mata, Michi, and Kuro all left niji voluntarily, mata and michi left because they felt they copuldnt go anyt further in company. Kuro felt like niji had lost its magic and wasn't having fun there anymore. Its not like niji it telling them they need to graduate. and with everything we've learned at this point about niji i dont blame them. vshojo offers more suipport to their talents and more freedom to let them do the things they want.
Its more like a rehab center than anything.

im not gonna lie. When she was mentioning how speedy everyone is at Vshojo with work and how she would send stuff expecting to get the result WEEKS LATER. It really makes me question what the heck actually goes on in Niji offices. Like are they just playing darts 24/7 or something?

I like vshojo bringing in prior corpo vtubers because it lets us fans reconnect with our favorites while getting to see the talents enjoy experiencing a new healthy beginning for themselves in real time. It's healing and like a breath of fresh air for everyone.
If there's anyone who deserves a second chance, it's her. So happy to see her get a fair shot this time around. From feeling left out due to not having ANY physical merch, to being forced to graduate simply because of where she lives, I've been saying that she would benefit from proper management the most.
She's going to see numbers that make her head spin.

Honestly, I don't watch a lot of vtubers, but MAN, everything's clicking with this Vtuber for me! I think almost all Eastern VTuber agencies are horrible places. Hololive while strict seems to be about the only one that's bad. VOMs wasn't bad it was just small and poor. But all the other one's seem to be just bad in some way.
This is very much Japanese corporate ways of working. And idol industry culture.
But Niji is a black company so they are worse on the spectrum, but if you ever want to move to Japan and work there... you will quickly find out how bad it is, which is probably worse than you imagine.

Gone are the days of people bashing on VShojo for being a bad company. I'm really glad they were able to turn things around and help out their talents. Congratulations for Michi on debuting! It's always great to have another purple member. 💜
While im aware that Vshojo had made genuienly bad mistakes and the scars would remain, thing is that even since Henya debuted i feel they are trying to be better and have a genuine effort in helping the talents
I still say they aren't within the good realm personally not until they actually hold true to the original idea behind their , now failed, audition that even if your small you can join the company. I've long since moved past that flaming dumpster but the idea behind it should still be kept as its getting harder and harder people with good talent to find any kind of success as an indie and its literally next to impossible to join most corpos nowadays unless you "big".
@@brandonhowell5096please point out an original mission statement in which they promised to meet the traditional model of a VTuber agency. They didn't, just people like yourself hold them accountable for a model they never promised and which simply didn't work for them (or did you forget about the exodus they had).
The current model works far better for them with the current members kind of vetting indies based on whether they actually get along with them or by hiring past Corpos who either get on well with existing members (Matara and Michi having a past relationship with Kuro) or just seem really nice (Henya); there are a couple of indies that maybe could sign with VShojo soon and one of those is obkatiekat, who has collaborated with a bunch of members and who has also contributed to VShojo member projects (she did the English voices bit Michi's lore video)
They could still do auditions but there are going to be those who audition who have collaborated with members in the past (Haruka) and that creates cronyism and you then have a bunch of whiners screaming it is unfair despite it being patently obvious that it makes more sense to hire someone who already gets on with multiple members.
Just the fact they are willing to help non-members so much, in of itself puts them in the good spot (they weren't looking for Male members when they helped Kuro sort his finances/tax issues out) and Mint has made it clear that she wasn't ever joining but they still lined up contacts for her including getting her Merch (singular and joint merch with Matara).
They learn from their mistakes and improved unlike certain black company.
Michi is my girl crush ever since I've seen clips in her PL. One thing I noticed is that she became crazier, more experimental and creative since she joined VShojo. I love that side of her and how she's with a great company and friends who can bring out the best out of her. I love her cheekiness and how she can radiate high energies, quite a fun thing to know especially that I remember Kuro have mentioned in his PL before that she may come of as someone shy and quiet.
Her lore video was definitely a chef's kiss with how she didn't even bother denying the fact who she was in the past. Definitely my giga chad! 💖

I think the Trio leaving last year shook them up in terms of what they put in contracts. I'm glad it's had good effects for everyone and how Vshojo is positioning themselves as a superior agency to Niji in terms of business.

Honestly I feel VShojo reaching out to ex corpo vtubers who've been through rough times is a good image to me. I'm glad to see these talents getting a second chance in such I a good environment (not being on a chain with a ridiculous number of landmines surrounding them)
It's a win-win. Gaining an experienced talent with an existing fan base. They make money off merch so having a fan base that will probably buy also makes good business sense. The good PR is just the cherry on top.

I'm relatively new to the V-tubing community, but the first company I ever heard about was Nijisanji and their Graduations. I looked up what it ment for a V-tuber because I was confused as to why so many kids were graduating at different times and not in spring. I learned its not a bad thing but... when your company's name is associated with so many people leaving, there might be a problem. IDK who Mochi was in her past life but so far I'm enjoying her in this life. :3

A bad company would have high turn over ( people going and leaving the company in short amount of time ) and how the employee would speak ill about their company upon leaving.
I don't see VShojo have high turn over and most of their ex just complain about the lack of interaction between talents (VShojo have a really clique custom, but that's because VShojo is not really a proper talent agency, but more like a community).
