Thai squid is really not great. I have eaten them straight from the sea. As you may observe from the video that the texture tends to be soft and slightly mushy. It has a much stronger taste too!
Thai squid to me is usually tough and more chewy when it’s cooked. I don’t usually eat it raw, but for the one I had at this restaurant I feel like it has jelly-like texture and quite springy. To be honest the taste was quite bland too. Maybe it tastes different depending on its location and how it was prep? 😯 I think Thai squid is best eaten cooked and dip with spicy Thai seafood sauce in my opinion 😋 While the Japanese Aori Ika I’ve had is more creamy, mushy, soft and so much more sweeter. But I think we can both agree to stick with Japanese Aori Ika for sushi! Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this video 😊🙏🏻
I don't think i can handle hearing him clap his hands to make every piece of sushi
Que capricho ❤deve ser perfeito ❤
I enjoyed it a lot. Thank you for your support 😊🙏🏻

I think this is the first lefthanded sushi chef I've ever seen.
That’s what I thought too when I saw him holding the knife with left hand! Thank you for watching 😊🙏🏻
But he uses a right-handed knife...
