My family had numerous encounters with the Manson Family. The Manson family members threw rocks at our Pontiac station wagon when we tried to rent horses at the Spahn Ranch. We didn’t get any horsey rides that day and it scared a 4-year-old me.
I mean, that was how it went down. They killed everyone in the house, then got arrested. I know it seems abrupt, but Manson's story isn't really as interesting. Though if you haven't seen it, look up videos of him at his regular parole hearings.
Sleepy No there was a lot more to it. They went again the next night and killed two more people, and a bit later one more person. And the trial was a media circus.
You left out the part where Cliff Booth, a stuntman, and his dog killed two of the three murderers and Rick Dalton, famous for his role in Bounty Law, killed the last using a flamethrower, and Sharon Tate and the others lived happily ever after!
Because it makes more sence to say: "Children, some as young as 14" when referring to a group of individuals that only partially consist of children...
Manson's motive for killing Tate and their friends is still actually unknown. After investigation, a journalist found out that Manson actually knew the record producer didn't live there anymore, since he had visited him at his new place after he moved out of the Tate home.
RIP To the innocent people who died they are legends they will be remembered forever may their soul rest in peace people like this should be punished stay safe everyone 🙏🙏😭😭
Mansons music is fantastic. When people ever questioned me why I listen to Mansons music. I always give the good old fact "Music has no boundaries". Besides he wasn't the only musician that was bad
You should have mentioned his time spent in the now admitted MK Ultra experiment where he and his "family" made regular trips to be monitored while being administered with drugs for an extended period of time.
Also the fact law enforcement consistently let them go or ignored their crimes. The fact bugliosi was shown to have lied about key events in his book. Manson used the exact mind control techniques that the cia was developing from the research started by the nazis. All this is so fascinating to me because my friends mom growing up was a Manson girl. I didn’t even know until after high school and reading helter skelter!
@@rexmundi5180 YES YES YES!! Also fascinating to me as well. I can't believe all these other Mind blowing details never got more attention. It's insane!
I know you’re referencing Tom O’Neill’s book but you should know there is no evidence Manson was actually connected to the CIA or MKUltra experiments. Tom O’Neill did interesting research but he never uncovered any direct evidence of this alleged MKUltra link and he admits this. It’s pure speculation.
I’m from Ashland, KY where his mother and he lived for a while. Most of his family is from and buried here. Pretty insane that people actually live in these homes today.
Don't listen to Bugliosi's "Helter Skelter" theory, which has become canon and repeated for decades. Bugliosi caught the case that laid golden eggs: No jury would acquit the murderers. He just had to make it look good.
And more on the numerous times they could have kept him locked up! Imagine begging to stay in prison and then later being punished for the legal system continuing to perpetuate his freedom.
