    Jai Gurudev!! Vande Guruparamparam!
Please have the references on the screen that the hon'ble speaker Sri Lalithaditya is referring to. Also, there are few disruptions in the video. We would want an uninterrupted stream so that the meaning is not lost.
Kindly take this as a humble request.
    Request to the uploader.

It is the Manisha Panchaka - there is a vyakhya that shows how each Mahavakya is brought out in the first 4 slokas.

Dhanyosmi Lalithji 🙏🏼 Excellent talk. I have a doubt. Not sure this is the right forum to ask but will ask anyway. If a person is suffering from physical pain due to disease how can he ignore that or let it not impact his equanimity and keep focus on the satchidananda principle? Dhyanyavadaha 🙏🏼

I do not posses much knowledge about vedanta but I'll try to answer this with whatever knowledge I have begotten through my gurus and upasana.
As long as physical discomfort persists we cannot concentrate on satchidananda provided we never experienced the anandam arising out of knowing it(termed as Brahmanandam),the best we could do when we are ill is to concentrate on the purport of Vedas and bhagavan in Gita that soul is eternal and is not inflicted by the defects and upadhis of body.
To sum up,we can only do tattva vichara until all the knowledge that we read in vedanta granthas turns into anubhava purvaka paripakvata..

Namaste Ji. As long as a person does not get Brahmajnana, there will be identification with the body-mind complex. However, he can distance himself mentally from bodily suffering by reminding oneself that a) this is the result of his own karmas and is therefore unavoidable b) all sorrows (just like pleasures) are transitory, and c) The suffering is touching the body only and not the atma. The stronger this bhaavana becomes, the less the individual will be affected by physical distress.
