    I love your nails! I also love listening to you work out the pattern as you go. It’s very validating for myself, as not all modern patterns created equal. Some are abundantly clear and others have you feeling like you’re another language 🙃. I also have ADHD, so I will blaze through a pattern without fully grasping what it says, until I’m working the stitches and confused lol. So thanks for fully talking all of these out. ❤️

    Great job! I really like your channel! I have quite a few vintage patterns that I inherited from my grandmother, and great aunt, and I love that you work on the old ones! I would love to live in Arizona! I live in Southern Ontario, so in the winter, we get wind chills of -22 degrees, but in summer, we get humidexes of up to 113 degrees on my deck. I hate the cold! Also, if you wrap the thin yarn around your baby finger once, it will hold the yarn taut enough, and it won't slip. Just one of the things I picked up after crocheting for 50+ years.

    Thank you for explaining the tapping noise in background. It has been driving me batty trying to figure out what it was. It sounded like a dogs nails on flooring, like when they are doing circles but I didn't think your dog would be doing laps around the kitchen for that long lol. Now that I know it is the A/C I will hopefully be able to tune it out, so it isn't as distracting for me. My brain is weird. Thanks for another mystery pattern. It is pretty.

      I have to use magnifying glasses to crochet. I have 2 strengths…one for reading/yarn crochet and a stronger one for thread crocheting since I love doing doilies/table runners/table cloths.

    • @mariankay6482
      @mariankay6482 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I use a neck light and bifocals in my glasses. My eyes still get tired. They have magnifying gadgets for crochet that hang on the neck and have lights. I may have to resort to one of them, soon. I love working with thread!
      Also, you don't have to crochet this with thread. Use the smallest yarn you are comfortable with and go for it! It may be bigger but still beautiful! In fact, I was thinking that, in #2 crochet yarn, this would be the perfect size to use one on the center of a small tabletop or dressing table or something on that order.
      Happy crocheting, either way!❤️🧶
