The toughest mental battle is this and loneliness brought me here. I learned I have no choice but to accept the harshness of life and loneliness and to just sow seeds for myself in the future however possible

That’s a powerful realisation. There's no denying that life can be tough, but planting seeds for your future will pay off in ways you don’t even see yet. Keep focusing on what you want, you may yet be surprised on what happens.

Thanks, great video. Coherent breathing really helped me. Balances the autonomic nervous system and helps with Heart Rate Variability. Its basically a measure of how resilient/stressed you are and its measurable on certain watches/devices. All the best.

We just want stuff cause life is actually meaningless so we constantly run after stuff only to find it's not what makes happy either

Agreed, 'stuff' doesn't make you happy. Never does a dying rich person complain that they never had enough 'stuff'.

Yep, the concept is simple but not always easy. I would suggest that you start small and work your up to the bigger stuff.

I watched over 1000 near death experiences they all say it's more real the other side so my conclusion is that this here is actually hell

That's certainly an interesting way of looking at life. I guess we can only make the best of the now.
