Dude this helped so much you have no idea
Glad this helped!
Awesome. I did the same thing on my Tacoma. Great products and awesome service. I got my bumper today and your install video is my guide for it.
Sick! Feel free to ask any questions 🤙🏽
That power switch is a game changer. Great videos !!
Thank you! Ohh yeah it’s a game changer Forsure, such a simple easy system to set up and it works really well!
Awesome video! I bought the same light kit for my 4 Runner and currently awaiting delivery. Question: did you use thread locker on those bracket/hood mount bolts when re-installing? I'm thinking I may use blue or green loctite. Thoughts?
You can hit it with blue loctite if you want, I didn’t though. Honestly wouldn’t hurt
That garmin is cool app but i like the actual switch inside
I don’t even really use the app anymore. With the new update, the whole thing runs off of the oem head unit lol it’s pretty nice
What did you do with the relay
Nice video I have a quick question just installed my cali raised ditch lights but my own switch button light stays on even when the truck is off do you know what I did wrong?
Thanks! The only thing I can think of is if you tapped into the fuse box, you might have tapped into the wrong fuse. Usually you’d tap into a fuse that only has power to it when the truck is on
Heck yeah Jon
I was looking into the Cali raised led dl's, what is your honest opinion , baja designs vs. Cali raised??
I guess it would come down to budget and beam pattern. I’ve been running these cali raised led ditches for a while now never had any issues.
I don’t think I’ll ever have a legitimate reason to drop the insane amount of money baja asks for.
@RoamWithJon you know man I'm on the same tip as you, going with the Cali raised for sure. You go trailing a lot?
@jonnyhalo1041 not recently been to busy with life, work, ect but we try to go at least once a month in the main camping season
@RoamWithJon Right on I'm out here in San Diego, you everin town and wanna run it, let's...
Hey jon! I was wondering how did you get rid of the button in order to connect it to the garmin. I originally used the switch but recently installed the garmin switch. I connected the power to the garmin but I still need the switch to be on the on position in order to turn it on with the garmin.
Thank you!
Great video btw!
I just got cut the wire that connects to the switch. Positive to the garmin, ground to the what ever ground you’re using.
Thanks!! I’ll try that when I get some sunlight!
@@Yoitzronald no worries! Let me know if you have any other questions
@@RoamWithJon can you show a video of this? i need a visual example. please and thank you
@@shiggyTacoma I’ll try to shoot a video Friday and have it up by Sunday night. If you need it like asap asap you can dm me on insta or something and I can try to grab a video before work tomorrow
Lmao I left when he said 5% discount
Cool story
You're such a rebel. Or just a spoiled brat.
Bro skipped the most important part
What part do you need explained? Wiring the oem switch or the rocker switch?
