NOTE: YES I KNOW THE THUMBNAIL IS THE LEGO NINJAGO MOVIE IT WAS THE ONLY CLEAR ENOUGH PICTURE ON GOOGLE LMAO (Also I do like the ninjago movie but that's a story for a different day I didn't realize the movie was so decisive lol)
Lloyd had the get aged because the other ninja got turned into kids, (most likely the same age loid was at the time) and a large beast that was resurrected was hunting them. Then they needed a potion to turn them older and to turn the beast back into bones, Lloyd had to throw the potion down for it to hit the ninja and the beast, and because of that he got older too.
11:18 Yes! Zane is my favourite too. He has such an interesting arc in the first seasons. Good to see another Zane fan and another person enjoying Ninjago. I've watched the show since I was a kid, and It's still one of my favourites.
As someone who is no longer a kid, I love Ninjago more than any other show I have ever seen. It's got amazing plots, phenomenal characters, and top tier animation. I love how it takes itself seriously despite being a "kids show." I honestly think the only reason it's rated like that is because they're Legos. I absolutely love this show with my whole heart so I'm not even going to get started or I'll never finish lol.
If you do decide to go back to Masters of Spinjitzu, I highly recommend watching The Oni Trilogy. These are seasons 8-10. I remember watching it during Middle School and it changed my perspective on Ninjago for the better. And yeah, I’m very guilty of buying the new sets whenever they appear in the show. Especially the mechs. I also recommend checking out Master of the Mountain and Dragons Rising. They’re a lot more interesting
Cole controls Earth and he is my absolute favorite. I am so, so, SOOOOOO happy to hear you LOVE Ninjago this much, I have found my kindred spirit of Ninjago now ^^ Also I am so happy to hear somebody LIKE some of the filler episodes. This was an amazing summary of Ninjago's Season 11. Wait until you go back to the TRUE beginning, you are in for a ride of so much fun, trauma, and growth. I have to admit, I was scared to watch this because while everybody should give their truthful opinion on Ninjago, it just kinda breaks me too when people don't give it the true blue chance it deserves. I started watching Ninjago in 2019, when season 11 aired, and while I started from the very beginning I. Was. HOOKED instantly! I have been a proud Ninjago fan since then and I hope you too remain a fan too as the story of Ninjago continues to go on into bigger stories. Thank you for giving Ninjago so much praise. I hope you have a wonderful day.
I’m honestly surprised to see how high you spoke of this season considering the fandom kinda agrees it’s one of if not the worst season from the franchise😭 I'm sure you know by now that there are 3 shows, Ninjago Masters of Spinjitzu (seasons 1-10), Lego Ninjago (this season up to Crystalized) and then dragons rising. Out of the 3 shows this era is probably the weakest, I’d definitely recommend going back and watching some of the higher rated seasons from the first era like seasons 4-5 or 8-10 because lots of the characters in the season you watched change for the worst to the point they’re like completely different people.
Omg what's the tea 👁👄👁 I've seen the really early seasons of masters of spinjitsu so I might go back and watch to see how it changes cuz now I'm interested 👀 well if this is the worst it gets at least that'll mean the other seasons are better lol
all the master of spinjitzu seasons were good except season 7 and the changing characters part is so true. i heard her description of Jay being the “cutie patootie/inlove with Nya” for his character and i’m so mad because the 11 minutes era messed him up so bad, he was so much better in the original
@@pleaseenteraname8139weird how you used jay because honestly I think Kai got it the worst seasons 1-5 he had an arc and after that he had like a bit in season 7 that was kinda weird interesting and then nothing until dragons rising (then again jay was bearly in dragons rising)
My brother and I used to watch the first few seasons of Ninjago Masters of Spinjitzu years ago! I was a huge fan of it then and would watch it with him every day (season 4 was the most recent season at that point), but since then I haven't really been in the fandom. I've seen other people talk about it from time to time though, so I've been wondering if it still holds up
Hi! I haven’t watched the whole video yet, but I want to answer your questions because yeah this show is extremely confusing lmao 😅 SO. *cracks knuckles* As you discovered, Ninjago comes in three parts (on netflix), in order they are: Masters of Spinjitzu, Ninjago, and Dragons Rising. They’re all one continuous storyline. (but the newer shows are intended to be accessible to new viewers - they actually do a great job at doing this while keeping them faithful to the OG show). The season you watched is technically Season 11 of the overall series. The numbering system goes through to the end of Ninjago (Crystalized being Season 15), but then it resets with Dragons Rising (so it goes S13, S14, S15, DRS1, DRS2… etc). It’s painful but it is what it is 🥲👍 Yes, Lloyd got aged up partway through Masters of Spinjitzu (do NOT look into the fandom’s mental vs physical age debates, it’s a messy can of worms 😭) With what you were saying about the show not being too episodic: for the first two main shows, the episodes themselves aren’t episodic, but the seasons are. Like, each season is its own self-contained story for the most part (with a bit of overarching plot, but not much). But Dragons Rising is much more serialized, with one story spanning across multiple seasons. So yep! Glad you’re enjoying it so far, this show occupies like 90% of my brain so I’m always happy to -drag others forcibly down the rabbit hole- welcome others to the fandom :)
@@AlleyDreamer There's a lot of debate on whether he aged up mentally and physically or just physically. I'm on the side that he aged up mentally as well because he very much acts his physical age and it just doesn't make sense that it would only age up his body. It's a time tea, not a body growth quickening tea or whatever. But I'm not looking to argue with anyone lol, just kind of explaining some things.
@@Beezos5050 I know a lot of people who think he only aged up physically, and he had to lose his innocence and childhood through that tea because he wanted to step up, be responsible, and be respected and kind of suppress his age, but I’ve definitely seen people on the side you talked about too. I personally believe the one I’m talking about, because it creates more trauma form Lloyd, and I’m a ‘angsty teen’ (not really angsy, but i like angsty stuff), but i think people can just have their own headcanons about that. I posted this just cus i wanted AlleyDreamer to know the other side people are on. Cus honestly your idea makes more sense.
I'm so glad you enjoying the show so far!. But I'm also really sorry about the confusion you experienced become of the show being separated into 3 different series. Like, you missed out on 10 seasons worth of context. And if I'm being honest, season 11 (the season you watched) is one of the worst examples of the ninjago series as a whole. During the time when S11 was being made, the shows og writer's had retired, and so the guys who wrote s11 were completely new to the series. And lets just say, they REALLY didn't quite understand the show yet. You didn't have to. But if you want a better understanding of how good the show can really be. I highly recommend watching Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu. each season has an overarching story like how s11 had. But it's actually done way better. It has a lot more heart and emotion. And it has the GOAT who was OG Jay, he was pretty much a completely different character back then XD. (Also, side note. The adventurer guy from s11 was Clutch Powers. He was actually from an old straight to DVD Lego movie made in like 2010. So he was kind of an eater egg for Ninjago's older fanbase who watched that old movie back in the day XD)
MORE NINJAGO LOVE I WON! The old seasons are so good, but the newer seasons are amazing too. Dragons Rising is honestly so good. Yes, Lloyd got aged up with something called "Tomorrow's Tea" in season 2. He got physically older, not mentally. Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu and Ninjago are related, the one called Ninjago is a direct sequel to the original.
1) Partially answering about the creative freedom, they definitely have some amount of freedom in visuals and little plot points, the designs and the characters are vary between the sets and the shows 2) The DBZ style phase was something 😭 3) Yes, Zane’s memory is a reappearing thing in the series

Hi! YES THEY AGED UP LLOYD. QUITE LITERATELY THREw AN AGING POTION AT HIM. But also he grew over the 16 seassons. ninjago did a design change in between seaon 7 and season 8 due to the lego ninjago movie that releaed in cinemas, but Lloyd by season 8 is older but still the youngest out of all the ninja despite being the leader (but i think he had to become a leader due to Wu's later dissapearance and his green ninja role)
Lloyd got hit with a poison to make him and the other ninja older garmadon used the mega weapon and turned the ninja into kids Lloyd broke the poison and he turned older
