    실제로 해보면 팔개입없이 등만쓴다는 느낌이 큽니다
    제가 해본결과
    기존에 우리가 알던 턱걸이가 어느정도 가능한 근력을 보유한 사람이 하면 정확한 느낌을 찾을수있습니다

      저분 십중팔구 내츄럴 아닙니다. 힘, 근육 development, 지방유지, 3가지다 저 정도면 내츄럴 일수가 없어요. 그게 현실입니다. 특히 IFBB정도까지 하시는 분이면 내츄럴로 절대로 살아남을수 있는곳이 아닙니다.
      한국에는 아직 운동지식이나 약지식이 많이 낮아서 이런분들이 대놓고 나 "내츄럴"이다 라고 하실수있는거 같은데, 미국에서 이 똑같은 비디오 보여주고 이분이 나 "내츄럴"이다 라고 하면 다 웃어요. 요즘 여긴 그냥 대놓고 인정하는데, 그게 훨씬 더 낳아요. 대중사람들도 얼마큼의 결과를 기대할수있는지 도 더 잘알수있게되고, 자기 스스로의 노력이 무의미 같지 않고, 그리고 운동하는거 자체가 좀 틀려요.
      이분 dumbbell row도 많은 사람들이 벌써 알고있는 건데, 안 가르치는 이유가 있습니다. 저 정도로 rotation할 필요가 없고, 부상 리스크만 너무 많이 커져요 (척추에게 가는 스트레스). 약의 힘이 있으면 척추 주의에 있는 근육들이 잘 지탱해줄수있는데, 없이는 많이 조심해야 합니다. 재대로 해도 그렇게 큰 benefit이 없어요. 영어로 말하면 "high risk, low reward"

    I have bad lower lats, my coach started to train single arm dumbbell rows like you guys do and it improves...now that pull up is in my next session 🔥🔥🔥

      since row dumbells rows can cause hernias (the way your legs are position and the heavy weight). Goood it and be careful.

      Best exercise for lower lats are pull overs; dumbbell, cable, machine if it's available for you. These pull ups are an interesting take but you're not going to get the same full stretch and contraction

      pullups are the way to go bro, theyre the best exercise for back hands down, is tarted with pull ups in the park when gyms were shut, my back is now a strong point and i can do many weighted pull ups

      @@hsimons181 If you're gifted and/or young, concentrating on traditional pull-ups might work. I wish people would stop saying just do pull-ups and then add weights. It won't work very well for most.
      I'm neither, and used to believe the old conventional wisdom that pull-ups were the best and primary thing needed. I had little success and over time found there's no studies that confirm this old conventional wisdom about superiority of traditional pull-ups. If you have imbalances and/or are older, they can be highly problematic. Ignoring pulley and unilateral work in favor of pull-ups for me eventually led to severe imbalance on my strong side and severe tendonitis on my weak side. A vicious cycle. Partial pull-ups of a similar type as in this video and neutral grip (avoid tendonitis if you're no longer young), supplanted by pulley work and rows has led me to real back development (and balance) finally.

    첫번째 동작, 풀업 하기전에 워밍업으로 데드행에서 견갑 잡아주는 구간을 짧게 반복해서 워밍업하고 들어가면 풀업 할 때 어깨가동도
    조금 부드러워지고 광배 전체의 느낌 받아가는데 도움이 되서 요새 해주고 있었는데 근거가 있는 동작이었군요.

    this is the difference between being attuned to your muscles versus copying what other people do... when you're learning, the emphasis is on range of motion which can lead you to over extending the movement past the beneficial contraction of the muscle you're trying to target but sooner or later you realise that there isn't a predefined one size fits all wayto do it, you have to find the range of stimulation within your own body... it's definately a good idea to have a home gym so you can really concentrate and connect with your muscles without anyy distractions. long comment sorry but this was a useful video, i will explore these principles in my next back session 👍

    such a pro tip, helps you to focus on your back and takes the load off your arms so you can do more work, usually when doing pull ups my arms get tired first but now not so much
