Too much wax, movement too fast and the best : the cable who scrub on the surface.
Call it How to NOT use a polisher it would be more appropriate. 🙄

The soft one is for polishing, the other one for waxing.

To remove scratches, first you'll need to sand the scratches down with 1000 grit sandpaper, then move up to 2000 grit then 3000 grit. Make sure to sand over the whole panel containing the scratches for a flush finish. Then you'll need to apply a polishing/cutting compound and work it in with a rotary polisher. The polisher in this video looks like it's only suited for wax buffing an already smooth surface, so might not be what you're looking for. But make sure to look at plenty of videos first before attempting scratch removal.

Bought one of these two years ago, took it out of the box yesterday to polish the car, switched it on and about 30 seconds later BANG! a lump of metal fell out of it and the vibration and noise was terrible. Total piece of shit!
