This is a battle at the highest level -- no doubt. Salah is a true multi-faceted dancer, combining many styles beautifully. Les twins are awesome too in their own right. To me, this battle is too close to call. I give it a draw.
Awesome to finally see a legend battle one of the two best dancers to date. Salah was the first dancer I ever started following. He def can hold his own in battles.
As a neutral fan of both, Salah lost this. But he killed it against laurent. Both are very different styles and both are legends. Salah is more of popping, locking, mimes, animation, tricks although he can do bboy and old school hip hop which the young generation may not be able to appreciate. Les twins style is basically a mixed up of all styles and they are jack of all trades. If the music was a slow, electronic or popping oriented salah would have won as it is his strongest point. But this music is very fast paced, hip hop one which favours larry and his flexibility. Keep in mind, Larry is also extremely good with slow music and lyricality . Not saying salah is not flexible, or he is not an allrounder. He can still dance better than most dancers, we are talking about the strongest suit here. So for me its 1-1 . Twins 1 salah 1. They respect each other too. No hate

Salah = Master of Concepts from practicing fundamentals and creating stories. Les Twins = Masters of innovating from different styles and emulations. Both are good at what they do, but Salah has the upper hand because the roots and endless ability to create from scratch using the fundamentals he's been submerged in for many years allows him to create visuals that Les Twins cannot. Les Twins has footwork and some isolation, but not a lot of style basis. Salah has a lot of style basis and fundamentals but doesn't seem to display a lot of the fancy footwork that Les Twins does. In the end, who has the better pictures is based on originality, creativity, and execution of movement. I judged a big battle last year for CityTakers and these were the things I looked for. Fusion and Concept are taking and combining aspects of different styles together, but just like in MMA, it helps to have an extensive background in the individual styles first, and then mixing them together, rather than learning a few moves from different styles with no deep roots. Salah is Popping, Breaking, and Locking. These are fundamental Hip Hop styles, and having a strong base in each one individually allows him to mix, transition and add intricate transitions and flows to each set he does. This is the precursor to being an All-styles dancer, which is why after so many years, he is still taking people to the bank in dancing. Les Twins isn't really one or the other, since their "style" is composed of mixing footwork, isolations, body movements and some waves here and there, and creating choreo-type grooves to the music they perform or battle to. Ever notice they know the lyrics to almost every song they dance to?

To me is hard to say who was better, they both showed how to dance!!! I think Salah has more versatility mixing different styles and Larry is more a hip-hop dancer. There usually aren't any strict rules about combos in 2-on-2 dance battles, but most of the time it's not a preplanned combo, but the other twin being able to predict what the other is doing and moving along with it.
I don't know nothing about dancing (literally), but Salah in my opinion killed it and deserved a win by only 5:19 move and the consequent performance with Larry's hat

This was weird. 1 vs 2 basically. Salah is a better solo performer than just about anyone in the world. His first attempt was dope, 2nd was good. Laur or w/e the les twin name is did well too. I just cannot judge this bc I don't know if it was supposed to be one round each person or was it supposed to be a choreographed team effort.

To me is hard to say who was better, they both showed how to dance!!! I think Salah has more versatility mixing different styles and Larry is more a hip-hop dancer. But you can´t say Salah wasn't dancing with music, pay attention if you looking 4:32 you realize the move with music is one... anyway I'd rather see salah dancing and this is personal opinion
Les Twins are awesome and all but it should be 1vs1 ,anyway shouldn't it be also freestyle? I see a lot of pre-learned combos from les twins,even if i love them
The rules permitted combos with your teammate during the 1v1. It's more of Salah and Matthias' fault for not making use of it.

There usually aren't any strict rules about combos in 2-on-2 dance battles, but most of the time it's not a preplanned combo, but the other twin being able to predict what the other is doing and moving along with it.

I don't know nothing about dancing (literally), but Salah in my opinion killed it and deserved a win by only 5:19 move and the consequent performance with Larry's hat
This battle was unfairly.... Salah ddnt have an awesome partner/brother to sync with him! That synchronization that Les twins did really murdered salah and Matthias... I mean honestly what was the point of Matthias if he isn't trying to make Salah look good? I mean that's what Lau did for Larry! Ps. That ass tapping tho! It was so on beat! Lol!

Salah is a great dancer but to be honest this is not his zone, greenteck has more of a chance to go up against Les twins since he is more agile and can do more than just pop and its a battle I've been wanting to watch

This was weird. 1 vs 2 basically. Salah is a better solo performer than just about anyone in the world. His first attempt was dope, 2nd was good. Laur or w/e the les twin name is did well too. I just cannot judge this bc I don't know if it was supposed to be one round each person or was it supposed to be a choreographed team effort.
