Can’t find a video showing step by step taking each part off for me to change this sensor. Got stuck on the gas metal line silver tubes that you took off. Doing the change myself and asking for any and all help
If you are having trouble taking off a metal fuel line then you should try using a quick disconnect tool. You should be able to find a set at a local parts store.
The check engine light was on for the coolant temperature sensor and it was easy to diagnose because the temperature gauge was not monitoring temperature at all.
Well it would only take 15 minutes on a LS because everything's easily accessible.. all these new cars are compacting everything into such small places it's so difficult to do a simple repair like this one.. reminds me of a vw everything in my Jetta was so hard to get to .. d.i.y. jobs were just not worth the headacke
This kinda stuff is why I love the early LS platform

Could’ve gotten it with a wrench from the side I did it

@@mechanicMase I didn’t think I could do it either but I did I took the motor mount off on the side to get some play in the wrench
