@@swikriti8351 The translation is a bit off I think, what it means is "Say, if my wishes are granted, I'd want the same thing as you, but because my wishes don't exist (so they are not granted), the least you can do is come over here." It's a bit confusing, but what the composer was trying to say was that they did not put any value onto their own wishes, and did not believe they could be granted. So they're giving up their lover/friend because of their own insecurities, not because they want to but because they don't think they have a choice.

I have loved this guy for a long time. He's somewhat of a campus crush. Me? I used to be fat, weird and had ugly bangs covering half of my face. We became friends, we talked a lot about anime and music in general, he loves this song so much. I couldn't help but fall and so I did. I changed how I look and and dress hoping he'd fall for me too. He told me: Don't lose yourself for love. He said that without knowing I changed coz of him. I tried to distance myself from him since then. "if i could throw anything away, would living with a smile be easier?" that line reminds me of Eren Jaeger. achieved titan power at his 15, being the 'hope' of the wall eldians but then lost everyone because of it. he saw smiling titan that ate his mom and saw it again, Hannes (the man that saved Eren and Mikasa before) got eaten by the same titan to save eren once again. i can tell Eren lost his hope after that because his eyes aren't sparkling anymore in season 3, it just radiates sorrow and desperateness. in final season, he made himself fight against humanity so eldians and marleys can unite together, so there's no more disputes. i know that deep he's hurting, no one can understand him :( "even if i scream, squirm, and cause my eyelids to swell. you still hold me tight and won't let me go." it sounds like how Mikasa still care about Eren even though he turned fight against humanity

This song hurts, this reminded me of somebody I used to care for... dearly. I couldn't understand why.. why they wanted to be my friend, they wanted to be friends with a loner, quiet, insecure person like me. Our story starts small, introductions and all that, we soon became friends and became attached to eachother platonically.. she reminded me of myself in the past, sensitive, full of hope, so naive and quite loyal... it hurted just thinking about losing them, the more that thought came to my mind, the more insecure about our 'friendship' I become (of course, they didnt know about this.) I tried my best to satisfy their needs, to become the bestest friend they could ever ask for.. just to see them smile and laugh with me, not even a damn year later though, I had to move and switch schools. We had a fight because she was ignoring me and shit like that, (I have a fear of being ignored because of that and I still do) my mother asked if I wanted to switch schools and I said yes, when my friend found out about this, she was technically begging, pleading for me to not go. (But I didnt have a choice anyways, I found out we were going to move even if I said no.) I made a promise to her... that I would never forget her and that she would never forget me, this promise was soon broken by her anyways.. she kept ignoring me, my calls, texts, EVERYTHING! When she finally answered, her response to my 12 unanswered calls and probably over 100 texts was "What the fuck do you want?" I broke at that. She replaced me before I got to replace her, which hurt me.. more than I thought it would've. Time skip to a year later, I made a new friend to get my mind off of her, this friend resembled me from the past when I was still quite open around people and also resembles my ex-bestfriend's kindness and care for her friends. It was like always, our friendship was just us 2.. it had always been like that. She had feelings for me but I didnt, that didnt stop us from being bestfriends, although she reminded me of something when she confessed. My first kiss with my ex-bestfriend. Its been 2 years and I still cant get over her, my mind cant rest and I have the urge to call her.. its going to be her birthday soon but I just... cant bring myself to call her number. It hurt me so goddamn much because I know damn well she doesnt feel the same for me, if I call her she'll probably just tell her new friends about it. It's a bit confusing, but what the composer was trying to say was that they did not put any value onto their own wishes, and did not believe they could be granted. So they're giving up their lover/friend because of their own insecurities, not because they want to but because they don't think they have a choice.

This song hurts, this reminded me of somebody I used to care for... dearly.
I couldn't understand why.. why they wanted to be my friend, they wanted to be friends with a loner, quiet, insecure person like me.
Our story starts small, introductions and all that, we soon became friends and became attached to eachother platonically.. she reminded me of myself in the past, sensitive, full of hope, so naive and quite loyal... it hurted just thinking about losing them, the more that thought came to my mind, the more insecure about our 'friendship' I become (of course, they didnt know about this.) I tried my best to satisfy their needs, to become the bestest friend they could ever ask for.. just to see them smile and laugh with me, not even a damn year later though, I had to move and switch schools.
We had a fight because she was ignoring me and shit like that, (I have a fear of being ignored because of that and I still do) my mother asked if I wanted to switch schools and I said yes, when my friend found out about this, she was technically begging, pleading for me to not go. (But I didnt have a choice anyways, I found out we were going to move even if I said no.) I made a promise to her... that I would never forget her and that she would never forget me, this promise was soon broken by her anyways.. she kept ignoring me, my calls, texts, EVERYTHING! When she finally answered, her response to my 12 unanswered calls and probably over 100 texts was "What the fuck do you want?" I broke at that.
She replaced me before I got to replace her, which hurt me.. more than I thought it would've.
Time skip to a year later, I made a new friend to get my mind off of her, this friend resembled me from the past when I was still quite open around people and also resembles my ex-bestfriend's kindness and care for her friends.
It was like always, our friendship was just us 2.. it had always been like that. She had feelings for me but I didnt, that didnt stop us from being bestfriends, although she reminded me of something when she confessed. My first kiss with my ex-bestfriend.
Its been 2 years and I still cant get over her, my mind cant rest and I have the urge to call her.. its going to be her birthday soon but I just... cant bring myself to call her number. It hurt me so goddamn much because I know damn well she doesnt feel the same for me, if I call her she'll probably just tell her new friends about it.
But I hope shes okay, I hope shes living the best life possible, if she DOES answer my call however.. I'll probably just say happy birthday and hang up.. I just cant muster courage to talk to anybody anymore.
Now I have trust issues, social anxiety, minor depression (dont worry though I'll get better soon, I promise) with insomnia at the side.

I was imaging this that your favorite character already got what they really wanted when u stay on there side. He/she was really happy because u stay with them, u hug them so tight...
