This song reminds me of a friend I once had in a weird way. We were best friends in middle school, but one time I was home with her, and her parents disliked me very much. They were of that mindset that "women shouldn't voice their opinions" and I did not fit in with that at all, and I still don't. After that day we could only talk at school, and if we talked over the phone, her parents weren't allowed to know about it. After I changed school, we lost connection completely, and even though I've tried to reach out on social media, I can't find her anywhere. I really miss her.

IMO, it is based on how a person perceives and sees the things that are happening around him/her and what his/her experiences are. If he/she is a positive thinker, regardless of his/her experiences and happenings around, he/she would be likely to think it is okay but if she isn't, of course she wouldn't. I do agree with you about the thing that when we grow up, we see many stuffs and realize reality as well as seeing the harsh truths about life itself. Thus, the beauty of life slowly fades away from your sight, right? Well, let's be reasonable here, things do always change throughout our lives, one day might be light, good and nice and the other is dark, bad and unfortunate, life isn't stagnant, life is also like seasons that change. The beauty of life is just behind us, it slowly moves away because we are turning and looking on the other side, we are turning because we do think that life is becoming harsh, bad, unfortunate, abstruse, tiring and tedious. Also, perhaps, we don't have enough time to enjoy life, escape problems and hang out and bond with our loved ones. If we could think that life is good and be positive and also find time to have fun, we could look back again, right? Just my .02. So, in short, I would just like to say that try to be positive and have time to look at your back buddy, have a good day and cheer up.

I have loved this guy for a long time. He's somewhat of a campus crush. Me? I used to be fat, weird and had ugly bangs that covered half of my face. We became friends, we talked a lot about anime and music in general, he loves this song so much. I couldn't help but fall and so I did. I changed how I look and dress hoping he'd fall for me too. He told me: Don't lose yourself for love. He said that without knowing I changed coz of him. I tried to distance myself from him since then. I tried my best to act rude towards him but he was always good to me despite my efforts. One day his grandma died, he was a complete orphan and had nowhere to go. Instead of being there for him I ridiculed him and his grandma. I'm the worst × __×. Yet still he thought of me as a friend. Last month, he passed away due to corona, he was alone in his house. I can't imagine how terrible it was to be alone :< in the face of death. I wish i did something. I still love him till now and will always love him. He is my biggest regret. I will try to help people in need now, for him. I love you.

I had a super close online friend his name was Jack. We were so close that we called each other brother and sister. He was the brother I always wanted. Not too long ago he left. It was a dumb fight that he left over. I was in a romantic relationship at the time and Jack could clearly see the red flags and he tried to warn me over and over but I didn’t listen. I just pushed him away. And in the end he was right, I got played. I would give anything to have Jack back. He was truly my brother. Anyway, he loved singing and he loved sending me recordings of him singing, this song was the last song I ever heard him sing. I listen to it before bed every once in a while and silently sob. Hoping that one day we’ll cross paths again.

I do agree with you about the thing that when we grow up, we see many stuffs and realize reality as well as seeing the harsh truths about life itself. Thus, the beauty of life slowly fades away from your sight, right? Well, let's be reasonable here, things do always change throughout our lives, one day might be light, good and nice and the other is dark, bad and unfortunate, life isn't stagnant, life is also like seasons that change.
The beauty of life is just behind us, it slowly moves away because we are turning and looking on the other side, we are turning because we do think that life is becoming harsh, bad, unfortunate, abstruse, tiring and tedious. Also, perhaps, we don't have enough time to enjoy life, escape problems and hang out and bond with our loved ones. If we could think that life is good and be positive and also find time to have fun, we could look back again, right? Just my .02.
So, in short, I would just like to say that try to be positive and have time to look at your back buddy, have a good day and cheer up.

I have loved this guy for a long time. He's somewhat of a campus crush. Me? I used to be fat, weird and had ugly bangs that covered half of my face. We became friends, we talked a lot about anime and music in general, he loves this song so much. I couldn't help but fall and so I did. I changed how I look and dress hoping he'd fall for me too.

He said that without knowing I changed coz of him. I tried to distance myself from him since then. I tried my best to act rude towards him but he was always good to me despite my efforts. One day his grandma died, he was a complete orphan and had nowhere to go. Instead of being there for him I ridiculed him and his grandma. I'm the worst × __×. Yet still he thought of me as a friend. Last month, he passed away due to corona, he was alone in his house. I can't imagine how terrible it was to be alone :< in the face of death. I wish i did something. I still love him till now and will always love him. He is my biggest regret. I will try to help people in need now, for him.

I had a super close online friend his name was Jack. We were so close that we called each other brother and sister. He was the brother I always wanted. Not too long ago he left. It was a dumb fight that he left over. I was in a romantic relationship at the time and Jack could clearly see the red flags and he tried to warn me over and over but I didn’t listen.
