My guess is that the flipper tab necessitates the poor stop pin placement. Cool knife though.
There are ways to do a stop pin without it touching the edge with the blade closed…. Ideally it would only hit the top of the flipper tab when closed, like on an Eklipse or ZT 0308/ 0801
I hope WE/Civivi working on some top liner locks also. Would be really cool to see more companies' interpretations of a compression lock. And also for them to get their 20CV up to 61-63 HRC, so we won't see coated blades at 58-60HRC costing close to $400. I love the Tungsten DLC (assuming that's what it is).
I’d really love to see them making a button operated compression lock like Vosteed
And as far as the hardness goes, I don’t think WE will ever hit 61-63
But 60-62 should be attainable
60-62 for the non coated and 59-61 for coated blades would be fine
The only inexcusable is coated 20CV coming out at 58hrc
A Nitro V knife at 60hrc will out perform the 20CV at nearly everything with those numbers
I may be wrong but I’m pretty sure majority of CIVIVi knives are liner locks. With WE I agree, frame locks definitely dominate there.
@@bornonthebattlefront4883 Agreed. 60-62HRC would be absolutely fine, I added 63 for extra margin. Reason I started at 61HRC is because that's where 20CV/M390 really starts to shine when it comes to cutting performance. As long as they can get the coated versions up above 60HRC, I think would be a fair ask. They put so much effort into machining and design, it's kinda sad the HT protocols don't get the same effort and attention. And when their prices start closing in on Western mid techs, it's time to re adjust to the market and what customers want. It seems like for some reason people still have the misconception that slightly harder steel would be "really hard to sharpen", and that a blade will just shatter by breathing on it.

20CV should still be around, but they should get it to 60-62 HRC and have it only on select models
I'm pretty sure the zizzit is an in-house design which surprised me!
Just got mine today. Black with the copper foil carbon fiber. This thing is sweeeeet. My first WE knife but, got the Magnetron and the Mini Synergy on the way. Great video man. Have a good one

Love that Zizzit. Tried to get the Damasteel version but it was sold out quickly.
My one thing i have to have in a knife is stout and snappy detent so i dont buy button locks but this one looks super snappy.
I have a lot of We knives and love them all but the knife that always seems to make my pocket is a Benchmade bug out with m4 and cf I just can’t stop playing with it Oh that’s what she said haha love your reviews and that song bird in the background is music to my ears

I got the falcaria a few weeks ago. Absolute insane design and their fit and finish is becoming top tier
I have never owned a We but have always wanted one. You’re right that second one is fire. They’re both fire would love to own either one. The second one is definitely my favorite tho.
WE makes so many beautiful knife designs but I pass on because of the same ol 20cv. I'm sure it's a cost factor but they should atleast swap it up every year.

You are smoking pot if you think this would be less then 200$
Even their most basic models, with no milling, no inset design, no jumping, no dual grind, no titanium milled clip, no inlays
Those cost around 160$
This is a 350$+ knife

Hey Frank, don't feel bad buddy, sometimes WE runs some pretty good sales and you can get some stuff on clearance for as low as 150 sometimes but I don't think you'll see much lower then that.

I picked up the Zizzit. This is a huge knife. I really like the knife but I don’t see a point carrying this big ass knife. If it was 3.5” and slightly smaller, it would have been perfect.

They're nice knives, but I can't justify the price that they are charging for them. Especially with other Chinese premium knife manufacturers charging much less for their high-end products nowadays. That being said, I am a big fan of We knives, I own a ton of them but I find myself buying less of their products because of the pricing on some of them. They want between 400.00 and $475 Canadian for these models, which is what I paid for the nexusia and I don't think that they are near that teir imo

The WE Qubit is way better that this awful looking drop point tanto, it's not drop point it's just tanto style.
I will never buy this knife despite it is in 20CV steel or M390 or other. Also if you gift me this knife I will nevr want to take it. Awful looking knife.The We Zizzit looks great, ideal shape of the blade, the handle is also well designed
