    I have grandbabies that are all boys so I loved the trac and car kit thought it was really cute would be a great addition to any of their rooms and would serve as a nice night light for any child.

    Maybe some day I'll manage to get one if I ever manage to handle the free hand quilting. I'm making my great-grandson a quilt with construction equipment on it and I've cut the handprints of him and his parents and his grandma and mine out of felt to attach on the front and then I want to do stippling and it's been a big job. You're very talented and fun to watch. So much energy.

    Hi! I am so psyched to do the lighted wall hanging for my grandson who is autistic. This is my very first project on my sewing machine I got for Christmas last year. I haven't had any formal sewing classes and was looking for a simple project to get started with when I came to your video. You make it look so simple and can't wait to get started!
    I'm a new subscriber and look forward to learning more! Thank you!

    That race track one is really nice but I probably wouldn't put the lights in it since my son would like it on his bed rather than on his wall. :)

      We pop the light kit out and my son lays it on the ground to race his cars like a play mat. Give it a quick wash and hang it back up. Very versatile little project!

    Great video very straightforward and clear, but can you please identify the lights you were using? The light set I got with the starry night Christmas tree kit doesn't have enough lights and takes 2 C batteries which makes it very heavy, I am afraid it will pull the quilt down, thank you, Kim

    I love this video! Very cute idea! Will have to wait until I get home to enter for the drawing. The company I work for considers Pinterest a "social media" sight and blocks our access, despite the fact this is my lunch!

    This is adorable. I want one for my great-grandson in soccer if I can find one. I have way too many projects to do. I love your long arm, are they easy to work with? I'm just now starting to practice free hand quilting.

      @TheCraftyGemini  10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Sally! I love my longarm and have had it for 6 years now. Mine is technically a midarm and is more affordable than some of the fancier ones on the market. I use a Voyager 17 on a Hinterberg Stretch Frame and the Dekk't Out Quilting Supply system on it. :)

    Wow. A 13 minutes video tutorial about lights in wall hangings, but you don’t get to the lights until the last 3 minutes. If we’re watching this video, we already know how to piece, quilt, and bind a quilt.
