  • After 55 years, the hugely popular Ohiwa Oyster Farm in the Bay of Plenty is now 100% Māori owned. It comes as the venture looks to reinforce core Māori values within their new whānau-led business. Timoti Tiakiwai reports.

    Awesome! We will head there for lunch on Wednesday and because they are now Maori owned, I know our food will be cooked properly! Looking forward to it!

    E tama, kapai te kai he nui te Dollars .
    He paku paku te kai e tama, carry on down the road.
    Anyway once was a famous place to stop for a kai.
    No seagulls around there .
