Expensive but worht it. The problem is finding a vacation slot. and if people join for a trip. they need a specific timeslot. Its real drama...
I also was not be able to do Black Mamba & that top spin.... due rain. Is it normal all rides close when it rains....?
only FLY reopened at the end, But before everything went bad. I had the chance to do those spinning coaster, FLY & colrado multiple times....
      in my opinion.
Taron is the best coaster i ever done (but the queue was horrible)
Colorado best mine coaster i ever did
Best spinning coasters i ever did (i did not do "ride of happiness" yet)
FLY, best experience (not my favorite coaster but the most rememberable for sure, best flying coaster i did but also the only one....)
chiapas , best logride (bad queue though)
      fantasialand best theme's
best VR coaster (my first VR coaster, not a big fan but a nice experience) i wish it was a dark ride
      i need to go back...

Nice vlog! I've been there before too, Phantasialand truly has some of the best rides in the world. One of the best roller coasters with Taron, probably the best mine train with Colorado Adventure, probably the best log flume with Chiapas, and probably the best flat ride with Talocan (normally it has fire effects too), and let's not forget F.L.Y. which is so unique. There is no adding without removing something for it in this park and that limitation is what makes Phantasialand well themed and rich in details. Their focus always was putting the big theme park experience into the little space they have which can´t be expanded. The park itself is just 30 ancres pretty smal for a big park experience but you sure have it.

    • @Parkproductions1991
      @Parkproductions1991  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

@@Parkproductions1991 Everytime they redo the park (closed for next season and they start working before the last visitors left the park) they spent even more attention to details than last time. And it´s the smal size of Phantasialand which makes it so great and emersive: because everything is so smal and close and just feels more emersive and real than big, open, obviously fake worlds. In big parks due to the spacing you´re still going to miss a lot of details since you´re spending so much time walking to the next attraction. And even in the waiting lines, when they´re there, you have time to spent on all those details, even waiting lines aren´t 100% boring like in other parks.

I didn;t see this video untill today. It is a great review for Phantasialand and Vekoma rides. I agree that F.L.Y is a coaster that can't be compared to any other ride because of many innovations that are included. I loved to contribute to the realisation of the ride. I tested the 4 trains, first in the headquaters of Vekoma in the Netherlands and afterwards on site at Phantasialand. I just shared the video on my facebook page and added good dutch comment to it. @@Parkproductions1991 Thanks for your quick reply. Since 1995 I have done several large or small project parts for Vekoma. It started when I was employee by a Dutch company with the development, programming and testing of the first Mad House at Efteling, called Villa Volta. Afterwards I tested several of technically the same rides over the world, all with different theming. For me the first one is by far still the most beautiful. Since 1999 I have my own company and one of my main costumors is Vekoma. In my opinion Efteling is still the best park I have seen because of size, trees and Anton Pieck style. Phantasialand is second becauce it is smaller but it is incredible how they managed to put in so much top rides on a small footprint. For F.L.Y. I tested all technical parts of the trains, first at headquaters of Vekoma and afterwards of course at Phantasialand.

Grew up in Cologne and now Phantasialand since its early beginnings. It never was the best in anything, it was fun, but the notion someone calls it The Best was unfathomable. In the 2000 the park declined incredibly. Old attractions, broken animatronics, outdated theming, rude staff and it looked as if Europa Park Rust took the crown with PL behind. It became so bad, not even my kids wanted to go anymore. I am happy to hear that somewhere between 2015 and today they took the turn and improved. Universal is great, especially Islands of Adventure. I personally prefer Phantasialand as its my favorite park overall, but I can see someone having IOA as theirs.

You picked the absolute most 2 expensive parks in the world that rich folk go too. Guess your rush. I guess you’ve never been the absolute best theme park in the world Busch Gardens Tampa because during slow season they closed part of the park up to an hour after the park opens. It’s all about speed and nothing else matters how fast do the coasters go??? Absolutely outstanding from start to finish

I went to BGT in April and had a great time. The comparison I was making was more with Disney and Universal because they have really high levels of theming like Phantasialand. BGT has theming, but it’s not to the level of these parks, which is fine. That’s not what they are focusing on, and they focus more on high levels of thrills.

    • @iRunfastXC
