If you use vanilla or other road assets, you can also check out Advanced Road Tools, which is another product developed by the CSUR Team, to speed up your interchange builds! BTW I helped with English translations for this video. I probably have missed that spot but if you get confused by "parallel intersections" in 2:32, they actually mean "at-grade intersections".

CSUR2 is a very powerful Mod. It totally changes road building logic in CS.It is a bit difficult to learn, but with the Advanced Road Tool, it has simplified a lot.
For now CSUR is the only type of roads that have built-in transition markings. Although the modeling in CSUR is partly based on Chinese roads, it was not designed as "the Chinese road" for C:S and may fit various styles of your city.
When your country have one of these intersections on real life, you live in a first world country, if were trump whole america will be filled with simple roundabouts. Because they are a pretty so pretty intersections.

Why CUSR guys always show how to build two highway intersection? They never show how to connect 2 lane or 3 lane ramps to the basic roads considering their limitations of shift section for Two or Three lane ramp.
Diamond interchanges are indeed difficult because there'll be quite a few shift modules. This is inevitable due to how CSUR adapts to the existing game mechanics. We plan to release a pack of additional shifts to make this easier. Alternatively you may consider a single-point overpass as in th-cam.com/video/7YxHfiTYWv4/w-d-xo.html

How well does the intersection cope with traffic merging at 3:00? It is a 3+2 into a 3 in a short length.
It's common in China though, and it does cause a lot of congestion during heavy traffic

Shuto Expressway is probably the closest. It's creators are Japanese.

well,you can use any two-way road to connect the basic road.Or wait for the 3R = 3C module released later.
