So I was struggling from a karmic relationship and still feeling attached. “Let Go of Your Ex” subliminals didn’t help me move help me move on, so I decided to listen to one to clear karma and heal karmic relationships. I am immensely grateful for this subliminal, I had a tarot reading and I discovered that between me and my narcissistic father there is some unresolved karma that I need to heal in order to move on in my life and since I don't want him in any other lifetimes I decided to do something with it. Ok so I just want to ask something and please don't take it in a negative way because it isn't. Did anyone had any actual results from this? I am talking about real changes in your life, things that were working bad even if they shouldn't and now are resolved, and stuff like that. And I am not talking just about this video here, but has anyone tried something that actually gave real, serious and quantifiable results? I do not doubt the relaxation and calming effect that this type of video has but I am looking for something that can help in a more factual way. P.S. This comes after around three years of trying everything in this area, from manifestation, meditation and different binaural beats all the way towards breaking curses, numerology, crystals, Grabovoy numbers, tarot and everything that there is, but all of them with no real results. I think it would be a miracle if I could find something that works.

My older sister who is 4 years older than i, sexually abused me for a number of years. One of my younger sisters caught us and threatened to tell if we didn't include her.
