I forgive my younger self for all she did, when all she knew was insecurity and abandonment. I love her. And I wouldn’t be where I am without her. I wouldn’t be becoming a better me without her. She is heard and safe. ❤
I m listening this from a week . I wanted to heal my relationship with my boyfriend's mother as she was not agreeing for our marriage. And the miracle happens she called me for the 1st time and talk with me straight for 30min and now she started liking me and they are now coming to my home with the marriage proposal.thank u universe for everything. Everything is going very smoothly and I am very very happy .
I did this every night for a week and a month later the love of my life came back to me. I thought he hated me, because I hurt him badly. I was so heartbroken and prayed for his forgiveness. We’re together again 💕

While listening i imagined saying this to younger me. Since when i was a baby till today’s me. I hugged all of them, even today’s me. I cried while doing this but it’s also a beautiful feeling at the same time.
I have been listening to this now for all of 10 minutes. While doing so I'm in tears, completely shrouded in a million emotions. I have been battling depression, anxiety, addictions and I am desperate to make a much needed change. I guess this is my public affirmation that my life is not where it should be. So....
