- During the 2022 Goodwood Festival of Speed, I have filmed this amazing hypercar: the Hennessey Venom F5. Under the hood you will find a 6.6L Twin Turbo V8 Fury engine producing 1818HP! Acceerations: 0-100-time in 2,6 seconds and 0-200 km/h in 4.7 seconds. From 0 to 402 km/u (250 mph) in 15.5 seconds. Enjoy the video!

I agree. I saw that, too. In particular, it didn't seem to handle the bumps well.
it just wasn't planted. perfect example is 5:29. the pagani is planted while the f5 kept getting unsettled by the bumps. definitely needs some polishing.

@@oldblood_eyes The Pagani has an enormous amount of downforce compared to the F5. The F5 maybe could use stiffer dampers. The difference though is that the Pagani is a racecar and the F5 is a top speed car. I'd expect the Mclaren Speedtail to perform like the F5 did here for the same reasons.

On 1min 40 and 49 were it goes up hill, this car spins it's tyres , the traction control on this car is insane for such monstrous power and torque . It's a Master Piece.

It was never engineered to break records at the Ring or a road like this...it's a feat of engineering from such a tiny company like Hennessey, to show the capabilities of their Venom platform and building a 300+mph capable machine of badassery.. go watch Hennessey's speed run, Carwow's or Top Gears vid, that should put things more into perspective of what the car is really all about

No idea what you are on about. The power delivery looked nightmarish I was waiting for it to slide off the track the whole time. You could get a better lap time in a Honda Civic.

WOW! 1818 HP! That's something, especially seeing it struggle to maintain control using far fewer HP's than available. Proving that objects maintaining 4 wheels on the ground can achieve only so much. Watching them fishtail out looking for hay-bails to crash into.Imagine paying the high price for this supercar just to have it crumpled into a mess of metal. In the end, they really are only good for straight dashes to the next light.

Looks just like all the other ridiculously expensive hypercars. That's why the Bugattis stand out, they're unique.
Bugattis suck at cornering. Bugattis are like a Rolls Royce made to be the fastest car in straight line while being surrounded with the finest leather, but a lighter car with less horsepower like for example a LaFerrari demolishes the Bugatti around a track.

These are made local to me... I've wanted one since I a kid drooling over the GT . These cars they make today are just insane and actually rival all other super and hyper cars in construction and quality as well, which is impressive being American made.
I know the Goodwood track extremely well (I've done thousands of laps there) and it looks like the car is either too heavy or the suspension isn't dialled in? The car isn't riding well over the course, I don't know about the weight/dimensions of the 6.6l engine but maybe that is a factor? - With that aside, this car appears to be built for going very fast in a straight line, like the Veyron.

Hello from Puerto Rico and nice video I love the car but I think it needs a wing on the back for stability because it's all over the track.
It's a top speed car, which is why it doesn't have one.
1800 hp and wet even a 400 hp car would lose traction
I saw one last weekend and it had a big wing on the back. Looked good on the car. Only got to hear it drive by slowly but the engine sounded awesome.

Oh the venom has been a thing for some years now, this is actually the 3rd generation Venom, with the Viper Venom 1000TT being the first, and the Venom GT (a Lotus on steroids) being this one's predecessor. They're all WICKED cars
