Yes this is the best way. I am using a mobile app since 2016. I feel the positive effect of that. I am adding the summary to a G. Sheet at the end of the month. Additionally I maintain another sheet for investment. Recently I added another sheet for budgeting the expenses. Really helpful. Thank for your effort
