    What a patient, clear explanation of, not only what you're doing, but WHY! Step by step, in simple language that even a complete first-timer (such as myself) can understand! It's obvious that you've been doing this a long time, and I watched in fascination as your fingertips did everything by memory (because your instructions never wavered!) I really appreciated your going over the different tools you could use (and the explanation of why certain ones were your preferred tools) and you gave the locations they could be purchased from! Wow! Just an amazing introduction to "blinging!" Thank you SO much!

    GORGEOUS!
    I never enjoy how-to videos. I find most to be poorly planned and annoyingly illiterate. but you are the first I've EVER watched from beginning to end, hanging on every word WITHOUT skipping forward!
    KUDOS!!!

      @@kristifaulkner4702 Thank you kindly! The clear backing is a plastic cutting board. Both the plastic mat and the rotary cutter can be found on Amazon. Under this video in the description is a link to my Amazon list and both are listed there.

    This is awesome - thank you for being so descriptive and meticulous in your instruction. It really helps. I noticed when you pre-pressed this particular material it left an imprint (glossy lighter mark on the shirt) from the heat press and it was further enhanced after you applied the rhinestones. Does this mark go away when you wash the shirt?

    I absolutely LOVE this very explanatory and helpful tutorial! It makes me more excited to get started blinging! I had a few questions tho. 1. What size stones did you use? What quality? I want exactly like what you have! LOL Also, do you have to use a teflon sheet on your heatpress? I didn't see you put one on before pressing or did I miss something? Thank you so much for this!

    • @TheBabysBooty
      @TheBabysBooty  4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      🤗🤗🤗 Thank you Felicia! You definitely can bling, it's not hard! 1. I use primarily ss10 stones. Most designs use them. Ss6 are found in a good bit of designs and rarely ss16. Those are the main 3 sizes. A good designer will break down the stones in their designs and list them by size and color. 2. The quality is mainly called "Luxe" if you purchase from my BeCreateful referral. Luxe is on a very similar level as Swarovski. At times I will use DMC stones for the color stones since usually there are less of those than crystal stones. My crystal is ALWAYS Luxe. 3. I often have the teflon sheet attached to the top platen of the heat press held on with magnets. That way I never forget to use the teflon sheet! That could be why you didn't see me use it. Or I forgot to use it! LOL! Thanks for your questions and feedback!

    thank you for your information, it is very helpful, can you tell me if you put anything on the back of the flock when you were moving them, it looked like they had a hard backing.
    thank you for your help

    Hi, I am a new subbie, so glad I found you🤗I only subscribed because you reply so well to your subscribers...I want to do this sooooo bad. Do you have a video on every little thing you need to purchase to get started...I am sooooo super far from you that a class is out of the question...thank you for helping others...I need an extra income for so many reasons.

      Thank you very much for being a subscriber! 😄 I definitely appreciate it! I try diligently to get to all of the comments. Sometimes it's easier said than done. I don't believe I have a video on how to get started with rhinestones! That's a great idea and I will certainly put it on the list of videos to be done!

    I was thinking about purchasing a large Cricut heat press but you say it takes a lot of pressure to put those stone in. Do you think one could apply enough force using one of those hand held presses compared to a true heat press? I really don't have the space for any more large equipment. Thanks for sharing. De'

      You can use the cricut press. It will help the glue embed into the fibers better with the even pressure of a press, but I also know you have to go with what you can get!

      do you have template available for design if not how do you split the letters. Also do you mirror when making your own template?

    • @TheBabysBooty
      @TheBabysBooty  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Jackie, if I'm understanding you correctly, i don't have to mirror the design when cutting it out in flock. If im cutting it out in holographic vinyl then yes, i would mirror the design.
