Did your recipie for tea wine. Taste great at this stage ! Who would of thought you could get a good wine from T I'll do your coffee wine next. Thanks for sharing. Keep up you great videos.
I realise 4 years ago... but you used a cup of coffee for each? That's a lot more granules than grounds, like 4 times as much. Certain that the instant one will pack (a lot) more punch.
All the time, it's just edited out of the footage as this mundane, yet important element slows down the pace if the videos. I assume everyone making wine follows their own sterilization methods
Keepin it simple i love it im not into all these chems some use love your way!! But do you ever pickle? I was wonderin what ya thought of beet juice wine to pickle eggs with ? Just an idea i had. They use white wine for herring so i figured why not but wanted simbody with some knowledge in wine for a hint or two lol!!
Never ever, ever, put boiling water on Coffee. If you do it burns the Coffee and it loses flavour . Just before the boil is best. With real cream, from a proper coffee cup, not a mug lol. Never had Coffee wine, I'd love to try a bottle . Glad the family are coming along, make sure Dee gets plenty of rest and good nutritional food. Remember Ronald gets all his immune system from Mum. How do I contact you outside of youtube, email etc.
Hey Hurley🍻 . . .Slap on the wrist for the boiling water on coffee :) I know it burns the coffee, but sometimes near boiling just does not warm you up as much! Not sure about the cream though - I am not a milk drinker! Dee is eating really well, plenty of fruit and hot teas, roast dinners and veggies :) Ron is putting on weight well and really enjoying his feeds :) I'm so lucky! I'm trying I stand and using a hybrid lemon and orange tree fruit with orange with fishermen's year with dried yellow raisin and cranberries let's see what I get
The thought of instant doesn't take my fancy. How many DJs have you got with wine in at the moment out of interest? Also, where's the seaweed wine vid? Haven't seen it.
Hello Erica, Good question about the demijohns . . . At the moment I have 5 filled and bubbling away... 1 fruit tea, 2 coffee, 1 marmalade and I have just made a sprout wine this morning! Seaweed wine, well - here is the video for how I made it - th-cam.com/video/ClZ8dz_Trm0/w-d-xo.html And this video is the taste test - th-cam.com/video/HmfgBkQaDHw/w-d-xo.html Brussel sprout video will be up in the week sometime - as soon as the baby gives me full use of both of my arms :)
By the way... My wine's aren't 100% airtight so I don't use velves at all.... I just use a lid that let's some air out as it ferments. And it's perfect. It's a. Myth that we must use air velves. It's just for money making... and it's all nonsense...
