The problem is that Che is written to have this high moral ground about everything: life, relationships, acceptance, inclusion etc… But she’s purely an entitled brat who uses her experience as a nonbinary to look down on anyone and to be systematically offended when it serves her purpose. Watching a middle aged woman behaving like a schoolgirl with an identity crisis and behaving like a Karen is really painful especially when there’s no valid counterpoint included by the writers. Basically she’s supposed to win every time and can’t do nothing wrong because she’s a vocal minority. Out of guilt the writers wanted to address the social issues that were not covered in the first series and consequently, they force fed us with unsubtle and uber-woke characters with zero personality. They only exist within the realm of their own political correctness. I wondered why I couldn’t stand Che’s character: it’s because she has no depth and her assertiveness is just virtue signaling with no significance. She’s not a character, she’s a marketing device.
Like how Leonard is a masochistic prick no matter what the given occasion? Yeah. You hit the nail on the head. You're the entitled bastard trying to pass on your moral high ground induced views to anyone who'll listen. You can't stand strong and smart women. That's why you enjoy dumbing people down. Well tell you what sucker, you couldn't destroy her no matter how hard you tried.
Sara Ramirez, the actress "playing" Che Diaz, is actually playing herself. Take a look at her socials and past interviews. There is no role-playing here. The way Che presents is exactly who Sara is in real life.
i know everyone hates che but honestly miranda feels way worse. completely delusional. if we absolutely had to make miranda queer did it have to be...that?
While trying to be inclusive and showcase the struggles of the community, they showed a character that is so stereotypical- entitled, condescending, demands respect but gives little, obnoxious, does shit and don’t think there’s a need to apologize - and in this case a stand up comedian who’s not at all funny.
This show is insufferable, preachy woke garrrrbage. Kim made the correct choice in not returning. Idk how anyone can unironically watch it & stand more than a minute watching it in earnest.
Well, I knew from the beginning that Che & Miranda weren’t going to work out. Miranda was living in a fairytale. Che is self absorbed, detached, a struggling artist & still trying to solidify who she is. No way she had room for Miranda
Miranda shouldn't have fallen to this weird person .. she is old, she should enjoy her life just like that, not involving herself in such lust, wild exploration and then thrown out
Their breakup was not bad they parted on good terms. For Che to turn around and do a routine that completely dogs and belittles the relationship is wrong, and if Miranda did it the she would be crucified. The fact that Che totally disregarded that she really hurt Miranda and tried to justify what she did as just comedy was horrible and narcissistic. Then she gets confirmation that she was in the right by the other person. What I got from this was that it's ok to treat people like 💩 as long as you're non binary or something similar.

this is very bizarre to me because i’m in the process of watching greys anatomy so can only see the actor playing che as doctor calliope “callie” torres. i’ve done my research and i’m aware that they are non binary but this is still taking me a minute to wrap my head around 😂
No one is forcing you up on stage Che. If you can't be yourself, don't do it. I don't recall anyone asking for a specific version. You do stand up dear. You are either funny or you are not. It's not a political statement or a judgement. It comedy. Your choice but again I haven't yet seen anyone dragging you up there.
Chez has a point. Miranda knew exactly who she was getting into a relationship with. I thought about this all of their relationship, what if they start telling jokes about Miranda?
Miranda knew about Chez, but she didn’t know or think about the impact on Steve, Brady or even Carrie. Apart from the not being there, that scene where she & Chez have sex in Carries kitchen says it all, she’s just floundering around in lust. Plus she is an easy target for jokes. Even that first day at her new course was painful. Getting out of one pothole & stumbling across the next.
I truly believe that the reason we all dislike che is the obvious....the ahole thing and that shes not really acting..that this is really who she is...
Tried to be cool once. Calling myself Che because my first name is Ernesto. Well anyways my neighbor from Japan moved in and I introduced myself as Che his eyes got all wide and he told me “Did you know, Che means shit in Japanese.”
I know people change but Miranda from Satc and Miranda from Ajlt is not the same person. She dumped cute Syd for not being gay.. But Chez... Damn I love her personality
She was pretty on Grey’s Anatomy She looks like a beast now. Garbage like this is why the ratings on this show are horrid. They needed to check off boxes and be politically correct.
So Miranda tells her she's genuinely hurt and that the show was a d*ck move, and Che's reaction is "I'm so tired of explaining myself..." sure, ok.
Che is such a narcissist
i was looking for his comment
A glorified narcissist. Like, the worst thing about our current world is turning victimhood into an acceptable narcissistic trait.
@@Eragarev Honestly will not disagree with you at all.
Che is absolutely a narcissist but it's so obvious I don't understand how anyone - especially Miranda - could fall for that

That’s true. Even if they did work out, doesn’t mean there wouldn’t be any jokes.
Miranda thought she did, she understood on a personal level, but behaviourally she was still a “try sexual”
