@@miles3483 you can turn off your phone, wrap it in tin foil and no one will be able to send you calls.
You can still swat with a burner phone and the police will have no way to identify them. Trust me, that's no reassurance.

If you do get swatted, strictly follow the instructions the SWAT will give out (in order to not get shot)
After the fact you got swatted, dont let anyone outside your family know about this to not give the attacker attention or give the attacker the information that his attack was succesful
Next, inform your local police station(s) that your address is under the risk of being swatted, with this, next time the police will respond to a call about your address, the response will be non-violent

I use 2 types of accounts, "private" accounts which are only used to interact with people I know in real life and "anonymous" accounts for general internet interactions. Both types of accounts have no connection to one and another

Being serious, Europe is way more serious about data privacy so you should look into your options there. It's a lil bit nanny state to some but it has that benefit.

once they have all your info saved there's no point in paying but in most cases they will threaten to swat you to get money or smth else (this happend to me a few days ago) but they will not swat you because they will get caught
If you have chat receipts of them threatening you, even just of them claiming to have your info, send that to authorities, and get those people in trouble with the law

Nah you're being spammed.
No, not really. A lot of times scam/robo callers usually spam randomized numbers and happened to get lucky. When that happens, they just give out your phone number to other robo callers. They ONLY have your phone number and can't really do anything else with it other than call you. If you ignore it, decline or put yourself on the "DO NOT CALL" list (usually said at the end of the message), they'll leave you alone. I haven't gotten a robo call in 4 years by just declining it.
It means your information is online. Meaning you're vulnerable to being doxxed, at the very least

@@stanvolbit late to this but make sure u have no discord bote allowed n just change ur names on all ur socials make sure there isnt any info out about u in the server. If ur under 18 and they get ur name or sum there isn’t much they can do with that info

Change your IP or get a VPN. People can't really do much with an IP unless they dig, but it's still dangerous to have it out in the public.
