Just a small heads-up, if you want to squeeze out the most total damage for mag dumping, you'll want a mag size of 6 for Ikelos SR (between the option of a 6 or 7 round mag, you'll want a mag size of 6 for any weapon that uses Fourth Times the Charm). The reason for this is that at base (for now), rapid-fire snipers have a reserve of 30 rounds. FTTC pushes a 6 round mag to 10 shots, and pushes a 7 round mag to 11 shots. That means at base reserves, a mag size of 6 will net you 50 shots while a mag size of 7 will net you 46 shots. The Supremacy is an except to this if you're using rewind rounds/FTTC on it.
I just found this out the other day while I was calculating damage numbers for Suspectum-4FR and it surprised me, because up to this point, I had always gone for a mag size of 7 on rapid-fire snipers with FTTC. Also fun fact, Suspectum with a mag size of 6 & FTTC is better than Reed's Regret in terms of total damage :)

Is it first or last scorch applied that effects the ignition damage cause I imagine you could just cycle still hunt shots getting ignitions based off of a 400k shot

this is great, solar ignitions & anti-barrier sniper feel so good in comparison to their counterparts. super excited for a chill clip roll on the new raid sniper to run, while everyone else is playing into scorch :)
also very curious to see how my FTTC + High Impact Reserves ikelos sniper compares to Focused Fury. High Impact is actually a 25% buff according to DIM & would be active specifically during the refunding FTTC shots, or bottom 3-4 in the mag same as Focused Fury. Probably less overall tho

My OG adept Uzume rolls with clown, explosive and clown, vorpal are gonna cook.
7:37 yeah, it won't work for some weapons like linears and snipers. I assume it has to do with the "weapon inventory size"

@@Velvet_hippo Better than a exotic, I doubt it. It will free up your exotic spot if you wanna use other options. Because RL are heavy weapons they might still hit harder but if you have whisper Of the worm I can see it out preforming

Cascade absolutely effects damage
It’s in the name: damage per SECOND - rof is part of the DPS calculation

not damage per shot. If it takes 6 shots to kill something like a champion, it still will, you just shoot them off quicker. As a solo player, I like damage perks. So if I have something like a 15% damage increase from frenzy, now it only takes 5 shots to kill, saving you ammo

@@itztizzle If I use your same logic and a gun can only shoot once per 10 minutes then good luck surviving a 60 minute fight that takes 6 shots. damage is a function of time. Per shot is meaningless. That’s why there’s burst damage and sustained damage which are reflective of RoF and reload. That’s why it’s called “damage phase.” The term phase refers to a window of TIME.
