Got myself a necrotic synthos roll and its been the most fun I've had on warlock in a long time, Warlocks have always mostly missed out on melee builds so this roll let's me live out my fantasy of physically turning into a nuke with lighting surge
For spirit of apotheosis: it grants the Insatiable effect, which is pretty much the written text for the exotic. Apotheosis veil itself, however, also includes a passive base regen boost to class abilities for all allies within a radius.
Stormtrance is clutch sometimes Everybody was talking about how hard last week’s nightfall was, but stormtrance was letting me recover from near team wipes, rezzing both teammates and wiping add waves back to back, and face tanking the boss with crown of tempest.

@@itztizzlequestion, I just got spirit of osmiomancy with spirit of starfire to drop..and was getting ready to make a build but it states: we get nade energy (on hit) but I plan on just using bleakwatcher/turret's and not throwing them 🤷 question is, does the bleakwatcher turret hits count as grenade hits 🤷
The one that worked best for me was Inmost/Star Eater for all around play and dungeon/raids. Inmost might seem underwhelming at first but when cycling your abilities correctly it s very good and with Devour, your grenades are available literally 24/7. And it buffs yiur transcendent state as well on top of it s normal increased recharge rates. Don t have to say anything about SE because it s just goated with Nova/Song of Flame. Too bad it doesn t fully buff the strand super.

The claw of ahamkara perk also gives you an extra melee charge for song of flame so there’s basically 0 melee cooldown after casting your super which is honestly insane in pvp

I've been seeing some wierd stuff. I'm running a Prismatic Consecration solar Titan and my Arc heavy has been Scorching targets. IDK. My Stoicism is harmony/invisible finishers. I found that Red Death works well with it. Great work on the video. You did A LOT of homework here and it shows.
Shieldcrush artifact perk is the only thing that should be giving a 25% damage bonus to grenade or melee abilities. I really only saw radiant in the gameplay which is supposed to only buff grenades and not melees, but maybe inmost is interacting with it weird. Otherwise a random 25% buff would be quite interesting, have you only seen it with inmost light class item equipped?
Maybe, but the ones that aren't are REALLY good so I'd say it balances itself out, Warlocks overall I'd say have the most build variety with the class item
@@VinnieMac the guy even said in the video that it was as bad as he thought, it quite literally has the worst overall perk options and the most useless/nearly useless perk options out of the class items, secant, vesper, stag, swarm and even assassin specifically on warlock, these all are just really bad and almost useless on the bond

One thing I would like to mention is about spirit of filaments is, yes, you can elect not to use feed the void, but the kind of devour you get is a lesser version of devour - less health back and no grenade regen. So I don’t think it is as strong as one might believe.
I have a roll with filaments that I love to use, but I swear half of the time my rift doesn’t give devour. I have to walk in and out of it 2-3 times before I finally get the buff and by then the rift is almost gone :(
The question is, does the Necrotic Grip Class Item perk still spread the poison from Thorn / Osteo kills as the gloves do? Or is that completly removed ?
Man, I know why swarmers is the way it is, cause they just take the first line/part of every exotic. But the spirit version feels like a bad 3rd column artifact perk
Hey guys filament and starfire goes so hard the harder the content. On demand devour and something tizzle didn't mention is when your health is low and devour procs you get a chunk of healing acting like cure and let's you spam stasis turrets and have helion as you don't need void aspect. Try ergo sum with arc conductor wave frame and some gun with demolitionist for more grenade spam
Hunters have a lot more viable options. The other two classes got shafted. For warlocks, there’s no reason to use anything else other than Dawn Chorus. For Titans, Hazardous Propulsion.
Spirit of swarmers is probably the absolute worst perk in the game. Swarmers was already weak enough by itself what possible use could they have been intending for this spirit?!
Swarmers is kind of a W for me. Unravel is very very easy to apply with our melees anyways. But i find threadlings arent as strong as something like helion with ignition buff from artifact and our solar ignition super
It’s funny because the intent of these videos are to help players but what it really does is show the devs everything they missed and how to nerf everything

Just get in most light harmony. Or apothiosis harmony/star eater. Inmost syntho. Then you about done on warlocks

A note on Spirit of Necrotic: it applies poison on the Song of Flame melee, which adds a surprising amount of damage.

It can't be shieldcrush, his very first melee he threw out hit for 25% more without radiant
Ge actually hit for 6k less with radiant active in the clip
@@morganelliston melee isn't buffed by radiant, it's buffed by the defensive buffs. So yes, it was shieldcrush
I have an Inmost/Synthoceps roll that I've been running with Winterbite. Most fun I've had on Warlock in a while, chunks the hell out of champions.
2:50 Put on the arc melee facet with the four needles with heavy handed and you’ve got regen on kills w/4 op slide melee charges

I feel like for warlock the bast exotic is better then the class item. I just haven’t found one that I really like using compared to other classes.

Severance on titan does the same thing. The class item version explosions do about 50% the damage of the normal exotic..

Feels like not giving grenade back on top of giving less health is a bit much of a step down. They could at least keep the grenade part intact :/
Spirit of inmost is a bit weird, I had a frost nova deal over 100k final blast, weakened, inmost light. I don't know what gave me that damage

Did you test Spirit of Assassin in conjuction with Lightning Surge at all? Wondering if it still works on the replaced melee ability or not.
It does. I’ve used it a decent amount running around the pale heart
