Great to see that Dimitra is a consistent alternative source to the mainstream model of english-language cooking shows available, who tend to work around either non-realistic foods projects (very expensive cuts of beef, for example) or just plain mediocre recipes. Dimitra, on the other hand, seems to realize that regular people can actually have meals with a good deal of class without making to much fanfare.
This looks so yummy. 😋 I love sheet pan salmon meals. They're quick and easy to make. I sometimes squeeze fresh orange juice in a cup and stir in some raw honey and brush it on the top of the salmon then sprinkle s & p and dill weed. Then, I layer on orange and lemon slices. 😋

Both wild and farmed salmon have low levels of mercury, PCBs, and other contaminants. Farmed salmon is perfectly safe.
Even if it's "safe" it's torture for the salmon and there are no omega 3's..
Farmed salmon contains as many grams of omega-3 fatty acids as wild salmon.@@sibyl333
