As long as I have recipes for healthy, quick meals (preferably using as few dishes as possible, hence the fabulous sheet pan suppers!! ❤️) I will make them happily!! My husband and I switched over to an anti-inflammatory, whole foods way of eating when I was diagnosed with some severe back issues, and it has helped both of us tremendously!

I just made this using Quorn chicken fillets because I'm vegetarian and it was so amazing: that marinade is something else! Thank you so much for this video, it fits in with my low carb low cholesterol diet and is a game changer for me. To anyone reading this, don't sniff the marinade before it goes in the oven because the Dijon goes up your nose and makes you cough 😂

I love the fact that you marinade in a glass bowl and not in a single use zip lock bag like most of the inconsiderate "chefs" on TH-cam. Good on ya. Looks very tasty. This recipe should also work as a one pot rice dish with these flavours.
