The LCB crew tends to leave massive messes behind. Basically they are the night shift that doesn't clean anything up for day shift.

On a more serious note, you don't know that about Canto 4, It is not stated they deal with diplomatic issues, in fact we have more inclination to believe they don't considering what Faust said. Appropriate that Bamboo-hatted Meursault was the one to land the finishing blow on Bamboo-hatted Kim both times. Also, there's something hilarious about Mariachi Sinclair randomly showing up in a Blade Lineage-KuroKumo Syndicate war doing pitiful damage to someone by slapping them with his maracas, yet despite all that, still managing to finish off some KuroKumo clan member and proceed to do a little dance with his maracas right afterwards! That entire scene was a work of art!
The reason behind tremor bursting a staggered target is there is a bunch of new tremor effects that do stuff on top of stagger threshold raising upon tremor burst, such as defense level down for a random example
I remember you saying that you were just pulling instead of saving because you just want new stuff, no matter what it is, but at this point, that you have most of the 00's and a lot of 000's, you might actually want to start saving up your pulls if you want to get more new stuff. Both to let PM add more new stuff into the pool by the time you'll be pulling, and to raise your chances to actually get whatever's on the banner you aim for.

Incredibly excited for Canto 6, the peakest peak in all of limbus for me. Pre-nerf Canto 6 was very difficult but fair, it was the first time i had to actually counter-pick my team to counter the bosses which was incredibly fun. Also i would again recommend maxing out Harpooner Heathcliff for at least the final fight of the canto because he actually hard carried me with his incredible tankiness and good clashing (i had only 3 units alive by the end of the fight and he was one of them), though depending on how much it got nerfed SunCliff might be just as good. Also yes, Ezra is from Distortion Detective, she's the Watson to the titular Distortion Detective. Anyway, good luck on Canto 6 Manager Esquire! Can't wait for you to experience this peak story.
