Thank you Eva. I'm not sure that I'm always worthy of this praise but as a fellow creative I know that you know how much i care. Thinking of you in these difficult times. With love. X Cat ❣️
Thank you so much for the sensitivity of noticing that. I've spent the past few months immersed in the study of micro-movements ... and then exploring how to best express this integration into online sharing. It's been a very stimulating time because this kind of work feels so inclusive. Just as you wrote - yoga is for everyone. 💖
Dear Cat, I discovered you during lockdown - a real silver lining in challenging times. I love your teaching; beautifully clear instructions and perfectly paced. As a fellow teacher and fan of chairs, blocks, sac, I have enjoyed discovering some new ways of using them to deepen my practise and highlight different actions within a pose, eg the supported salabhasana in this session. THANK YOU SO MUCH for your generosity in sharing your knowledge; a true gift to others. Love and gratitude, Beverley
You are so welcome Beverley. It's absolutely wonderful to meet a fellow lover of 'details'! Thanks for taking the time to say hello. It means so much. 💖 🙏 💫 X Cat
Hi Cat, thoroughly enjoyed doing your sequence of "Purification, gentle but deep".....the wall and rope supported ( knees tied and shins up the wall ) really opens up the dorsal spine, and works like rope1 opening ).Also, the hastpadangustana( block under the stretched thigh) was a revelation.Superb instructions for Parsvakonasana. All in all, thoroughly enjoyed the practice.

Gratitude is the emotion this practice left in my body... I feel a little tired too... :) Thank you so much Cat. I´m with Rob here... "a little bit every day..." Namaste
Hi Cat!! I did this session after a long long time. But feeling so refreshed. Mornings are crazy as kids' schools have started but I am going to try to be regular from now on. I have to complete the modules I had started. I have made major changes in my lifestyle thanks to you. I feel the three months of yoga with you made me aware of the condition of my body and it guided me what I need to do. Thanks from the bottom of heart !!
So fantastic to hear from you Maninder! How wonderful that the kids are back in school and that some sort of 'normalcy' is settling back in... It's so beautiful that you used those months to get in touch with new positive visions and I'm deeply honoured to be a part of your journey 🌟 Really and truly it makes me so happy! Am delighted to know that you're committed to making your practice regular. Yes!! Integrate those slots into your schedule - rain or shine-. It's hard sometimes but it's always worth it in terms of the Greater Good. 💛 X Cat
