I'm a single guy living in Vegas for the past five years and I can tell you this: If you have the money, then Sartain is right. Vegas is a very lonely place to live, and the divorce rate is very high here so be careful if you want to move here. Houses are too expensive and there are not very good jobs here.

I go the opposite direction. I don't know why any man would even visit Las Vegas. Las Vegas is like the nightclub fallacy in municipal form. Also throw in kitschy theming everywhere, insultingly expensive retail outlets selling shit manufactured for 5 dollars in Asia and shameless exploitation of gambling addiction.

I spent about 4 to 6 days a month in Vegas for years... And I would say for the average man Vegas blows... it's dirty, has tons of crime (especially around the strip), is an inferno in the summertime ( can get to 100° or more in the middle of the night), and is ridiculously expensive... But when you're in that scene that Michael is, it can be a party every night, for those who are at or above his level, and it can feel like a paradise. It's called sin city for a reason.

Coke was everywhere and almost normalized. Women wanna party and club. every night could be "the hangover" frfr.

My ex was always being comped at the Bellagio. He wanted us to move to Vegas, assuming I'd easily get hired doing some job at the casinos. That's when we broke up though. I DIDN'T want to live in Vegas OR work in Vegas. One weekend we visited, the global exotic dancer convention was in town, and EVERYONE made a SCENE thinking I was one of the 'upscale exotic dancers' there for the convention. He COULDN'T handle all the CRAZY ATTENTION I got JUST FOR THOSE FEW DAYS... He became scared for our safety at times and took out his fear and anger out on me - became emotionally abusive over all the overabundance of attention I got just walking around in jeans at the mall and casinos DURING THE DAY... Forget about hitting the strip at NIGHTTIME!!!
Edit: These posters (I don't know if they're male or female) were INTENTIONALLY TRYING TO GASLIGHT ME. They're PURPOSELY DENYING WHAT REALLY HAPPENED TO ME - trying to make me question what happened and how I was perceived in public in my prime years. These posters are GASLIGHTERS.

All of my aunts, uncles, and cousins from one side of my family lives in Las Vegas. If I move there at least I’ll have family there, so it may be an option for me and I know I could find a job there immediately. But I like to gamble a little too much so I should probably just avoid Vegas.

Unless you’re family can hook you up with the job then you’re timeline on immediately would have to change. Ofc unless you’re ok with an entry level job then you could get a job quickly. The problem with that is those jobs don’t pay enough for people to live comfortably here.
