    Totally agree...having said that, right of way, errors or not, it's like a driving school uploader once said, "so you saw a hazard and continued to drive right up to it?" Not really worth risking being involved in any RTC even if the other party is in the wrong, if it's something that's easily avoidable.

      @GlamourHammer I agree with you totally regards the thought that 'just cause you are in the right' doesn't mean to carry on and put you or others at risk. If you watch again the speed of travel was very low and you can see that the first car passed without any issue. You will then note that I moved to the right hand side of the road to allow those approaching the stop sign a better viewing angle. The pick up driver just didn't look

      It's always tempting to do things like that, but it's not worth the potential trouble I could have got into....lol

    I hate seeing people do that as well. It can cost your life and someone else's if going fast enough
