  • A paddle trip along the South Esk River in Tasmania from the Upper Esk Bridge to the fisherman's access on Upper Esk Road, just east of Gunns Road.
This paddle was a complete shit show, with many river-wide log jams that needed to be portaged. This section of river is really not worth paddling!
The river level was 0.87m at the gauge at the Upper Esk Bridge,

    Great video.
I'm curious about your dry suit, which brand did you choose is the sizing accurate or over or under size and would you recommend it.
    Cheers

@@ianbell5611 It is a Kokatat Hydrus dry suit. From memory the sizing was pretty spot on - I ordered it online. The only issue was the size I needed only had small socks, with no option for large. So I had to send it away to Victoria to get the socks replaced with larger ones after I bought it. The Hydrus material is significantly cheaper than the Gortex version, and I’ve been very happy with it.
