I was hoping to see Cams stack in the water as he recorded you plenty of times falling in. Of course he stacked it more times on land though which I'm not surprised by. 😂. Honestly looked incredible. Love both your vids.
@@Dan_Jones don’t worry I was quite upset I missed his stack😂 he almost got through without falling in, I was glad it was him not me at the end of the 3rd day😅
@@TysonWrighthow you finished that paddle without a fin is insane 🤝 Through the rapids, wind and the tidal bit at the end with no tracking. I see at points you were one paddle each side 😅😅😅 props to you fella💪💪
Awesome video! I’ve seen so many people get angry or flustered when a trip didn’t go the way they wanted to but you guys were happy to be there and were embracing the adventure as it came! Much love❤
Stumbled upon your channel. What an incredible adventure! I won't lie, though, the whole video is one hell of an ad for those paddle boards. Considering how much they got beaten up during the trip, I would think it was an absolute miracle if only one of them popped! Yet neither of them did! That was incredibly surprising.
Cam this is absolutely fantastic! A brilliant adventure. And even with the lack of planning you guys smashed through it! Such a well made video. And loved the music too. Editing is tough, so you have done a terrific job bro. Well done with this amazing video and on an incredible experience 🙏🙌🙏🙌🙏💯💯
Amazing adventure and great videography. Also great choice of background music (not annoyingly repetitive yet appropriate to the landscape). It's often ignored, but having the chance to listen to great commentary whilst also listening to the world around you really helps the watcher to be there with you. Well done.
Awesome trip!! I've just moved to WA so I will have to check out the Blackwood when we come down that way. We're in the Pilbara and there are a lot more creatures in the water than we were used to on the Sunshine Coast!!
Omg excited to see ppl enjoying this beautiful river. I have personally done Chapman pool to Alexandra bridge on a SUP which was absolutely awesome meandering along the river at a leisurely pace. But the full length :) amazing efforts!!!!! Makes me want to do it again :)
Wow! This is brilliant! My favourite adventure yet. The beautiful scenes you captured along the river, and the blood sweat and tears that went with this journey is inspirational to say the least!!
Mate i absolutely loved this video. Subscribed straight away. Dont know if you follow beau miles but reminded me alot of his style. Terrific cam and all the best mate
Hi Cam . This is Rolf ( not Joyce) I love your video and also watch Tysons video , it must have been a hard slog but what I love the most, you both just keep on smiling and enjoying it . Thanks for the adventure video 🥰
This video is amazing honestly. You guys really pulled something off here. Respects ! Also your vid got me into SUP. Adventures wait ahead for anyone going down this down to earth path.
Great video. I did an overnight trip with my son from Augusta up about 15km. Coming back the following day we got bad weather crossing the inlet. That was exciting on fishing kayak so doing it on a paddle board must have been hard work. Thanks for sharing.
Bro this is so good. You said this is your best video you feel you have made and honestly it is. Truly showcases how wild it is out there on the blackwood and what you both had to endure. The music is also some of the best score you have used to accompany a video. Especially love the Orchestral ones that sound alot like LOTR. 😅. You've bloody done the impossible again mate with another crazy adventure should be very proud of this one. 💯🙌👊
Hey Champion! I thoroughly enjoyed that!! I was surprised to notice at the end that it had such a low view count. I was fully expecting to see this in the millions. Great adventure great piece; keep making stuff like this!!
Was sad to find out you came into Augusta at dark. Such a beautiful place and had you reached at least at sunset it would of given the town more justice of its beauty. Nonetheless well done boys! Looked like a trek and a half.
Man how have I missed this channel, I thought I had subbed to all the Australian hiking and camping content. Your videos are sick mate, keep it up! Subbed 👍🏼
I like your kayak sup adventure, inspired people to go outdoors and explore nature world in modern life 👍👍 You filmed so well to produce beautiful landscapes to audience ❤❤ Hope you can film more to explore Australien nature land and wildlifes if possible 😊

In the future on rapids, use your paddle to brace yourself! Also keep yourself away from the shore - rivers are dangerous and getting trapped under debris is deadly.
Great effort; inspirational. Sorry gentlemen, excuse my ignorance but l must ask - that river looked like croc heaven. Thought they were everywhere in Oz?
this seems so amazing i cannot wait to do something like this myself, just a paddleboard, hammock, maybe fishing rod for food or spear for spear fishing, and a water purifier thing, gosh it seems so incredible, also congrats on it!

Guys, you definitely have to have folding fins for such adventure :)
Something to invest in for the next trip!
@@CamBostock Take a look at tihoySUPoy for example. I'm not sure you have such fins in your country but idea is quite simple.
WOW! This is incredible. Huge adventure, can imagine how tough this would be. Well done!
Awesome. If it was just a float, without all the obstacles, it'd be much less of an adventure! 🙂
So true

Hi. Excellent vid. So inspiring! Also great music choise. What are the tracks though?
“ I went over “
“ you went over not on the water ? “
😂😂😂😂
Thank for for the video. For the algorithm. Be well.

Hey your tent is that your mammut one? Does it come in a water proof bag or were they bags you bought for the trip?
I used my MSR Hubba 1P tent. I used the same AEROE dry bags from the Munda Biddi to hold everything.
Hoping to Kayak the Blackwood, what is a must and what is a no goer if you were to do it again?
Good trip! You can better!Ask me how!You just take folding foil and use backstep.Ant use turing board

Wtf.. I haven't seen the vid. But this is sick. U boys live Perth ?
Perth is home, yup! Keen to get back onto the SUP this summer
What an epic adventure! Anyone based in Sydney keen to do a similar thing along the colo/hawkesbury river?? 😂😂
Cam, how did you protect your fin during the rapids? I'm always worried about going in rapids for that reason. Do you just bring extra fins?
Honestly didn’t do much to protect it - I’m surprised it held up at all. Will probably bring spare fins for the next trip.
@@CamBostock You mention in the video your buddy broke his fin off, was he able to repair it or did he just finish with no fin?
What Freein paddle sup model do you recommend for rivers?
Not planning to self sustain water via the river with a filtration system seems like a real lesson learned the hard way here lol.
We had filtration but just wanted to avoid it anyway as we saw about 100 cows crapping directly into our water haha.
@@CamBostock embrace the flavor 🤣🤣🤣.
Hi guys. For this adventure, do you use SUP fin? How was the condition since there were so many obstacles.
Yeah definitely used a SUP fin.
Did your fins survive?
Were crocodiles an issue?
Have you guys encounter any crocs along the way? 😂
Haha luckily not
I think you should’ve done kayaks
Nah that’s no fun!
No gators?
I like SUP board
any bull sharks around?
Maybe near the mouth but not too common I wouldn’t think
is that an inflatable??
Yeah

why not an electric pump with a battery ?
