Mam i bought a flat in Dubai from a flat agent of real estate.but he did not give me the room.the room owner said he will return the money .a cheque was given but the cheque was not post - dated.money did not give.the case was filed inthe room owner . lawyer said to post a date on the cheque.he gave a date.but cheque bounced.what should i do now.

Hi, my name is Muhammed Yusuf. I’m total disabled person in United States 15 years ago. I have six bank three they put the criminal charges against me, but I clear the case with public prosecutor but the recovery people doesn’t want to settle down three bank. We don’t know what is the amount we don’t know the email. We don’t know nothing about them. What do you advise please I am in US. I’m total disabled person not working cannot move. Our partner in liscense is not sharing legal documents and not sharing his activities , as manager/ partner in the liscence . Blocked issuance of visas for our chosen employees , which we needed for our employees , because he did not paying salaries to his previous employess. Lied to us that we have fixed quota of 3 more visas on the liscense reserved for us . When we checked only one visa is left and that also we cannot use as there is wbn block on visa due to non payment of salaries to his previous employess . We are new partner in the liscense. He is not transparent with us, we feel there is breach of trust and also he is threatening us to cosign a bank account with him . And refusing to pay back our share/ payments for liscense aquisition incase he forces us to exit the liscence. He is threatening that because he is manager in the liscence , he can block our and our employees visa , if we donot do as he says regarding joint company bank account. We made the payment to him on 2nd September, 2024, for the liscence partnership, as we know there is 3 months for applying for breach of trust case. Liscence was shared on 2nd of October and all other documents related to liscence , he is refusing to share with us. Legal power document of a manager from Dubai court , he hid from us , and did not share and only reluctantly shared in front of the bank personnel, upon our asking what is it. We are new in the process of liscense so we trusted him and his document agent ( acting as PRO )to do the liscense process for us but as time is going by we are discovering more and more issues from him.

Hi Madam, I need your advice our employer canceld us by mistake on September 30,2024 and she give as new job offer until now still not process our paper almost 2months now, its okey madam if we tell our employer we will not sign the new job offer its okey to go back our country?
